Where should I stop my upgrades for my rapier? Should I just max upgrade certain attributes over time?

Imo, just upgrade it full. Everything you are able to. I would only say that that AGI has a low priority -i use it just to get some free AGI points to set some XP free- hit chance is really not important for 1H and after 200% overall it does not matter in any way. And i have reached a number above 200% without any really forging in hit chance. Also you can ignore spell damage, if you dont play as 1H Mage, you dont get anything from it.

Hm, damage is quite similiar. As are the PA. Well, when i look at the PM i would say use the Protection. I would.

Protections are always better. But If you three to four protections already, try warding.

You get coolness, and rapier upgrade is kinda cheap (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) . 15M in total for a full upgrade without AGI.

Go for the protection one, i combined them actually (1 protect-3ward-1slaughter). 1x cure and 1x full cure in 100 rounds arena and add infusions to your rapier to make better clear time. And for protection, maybe you should get Juggernaut 4/5 like the warding one...

No, you dont waste crystals. In the end the overall PL of the monster is more importants as how many times you increase which stat. So, there are no specific useless stats from a monster, imo they are more or less equal useless. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
I would suggest stop leveling abilities at all and use the Tokens instead for creating more monster.
At least nothing important i could think of now. But somethings that could be in general be helpfull would be: That the monster class dont really matter, that you wont be able to create a monster that would be a playerkiller. That they just start to bring HG Material above PL 500. But if you actually want a monster that does appear in battle you need at least something above PL1000. Even a PL 25 Monster can bring you a phazon and the different between PL 25 and lets say PL 500 is nearly zero.

So, just to get this straight, quantity beats quality and there is not much difference between the gifts of a high level monster to a low level one.

yes. Definitely quantity beats quality. There is difference in gifts at very high PL, but the price you pay for all the crystals makes it not worth it if you still have other uses for credits.

What's equipment storage for? What can/can't I do with equipment placed there? What's the best usage for it?

I tested this earlier, and it appears to be the case going off my DWD PFUDOR turn count. It doesn't make it convenient really except for two DWD PFUDOR arenas a week, though.

Oh, this is a controversial issue. Some people would tell you, never ever soulfuse anything, so you dont waste any soulfragments. (This sentence could contain hyperbole (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif) )

But serious. This question can imo also you answer yourself. Look at how many soulfragments you have. Think about for how long you plan to use this weapon, and what equipment you want to soulfuse after this weapon. And think about how many RE you can/will make in the future.The weapon itself is imo not that great, but i guess it is the best you have. If i were you, and i had enough fragments, i would just soulfuse it. Someday will you anyway reach a sum of fragments you just dont care at all about them, because you have enough to soulfuse multiple sets and still have some left. So the only advice i would give you is, dont soulfuse equipment you dont or just barely use and dont soulfuse something you plan to replace very soon.

So you started a DWD few minutes before dawn, but still counted as "done" after dawn, is that it? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)
Because i tried once (65 rounds arena), i finished it 5 minutes after dawn (but i didn't triggered the "dawn"). Then, i triggered the "dawn" and it reset. But seems changed now... (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)
