Same here, until I made my first PFest mage clear, then I realized how much easier it is to spam scrolls instead of relying on IA.

that's not the reason. The reason glass cannon needs scrolls is because they give you more than a spell can. Try them, you'll see. One example: Spark of Life spell saves you from dying, leaving health bar at 1. Scroll of Life saves you from dying, and restoring health to 50% when triggered.

no, same. just more expensive, and longer duration. Just use what you have.

So scrolls are very useful for mages, and not for 1h like us? Well, actually i barely use them. What about the difference usage of infusion? For enchanment use before get in battle and usage in the middle of battle, because i never use infusions in the middle of battling...

Scrolls can be very good for all classes. There is only one issue when it comes to 1H: while using Haste already has a negative impact on the amount of counterattacks, Shadow Veil will definitely cripple it to the point of being unable to remain in spirit stance.

For my part, I never use scrolls when playing 1H PFFEST. If it gets too tough, I just restart the PFFEST: it's way more time-efficient. Using scrolls is only ever a good thing to do if it can allow you continue the PFFEST till the end, IMHO. it Is also justified if you need them to go until the end of an Item World.

I asked this before but I forgot the answer, how many crystals is needed to level a monster to at least 750? to at least 1500? and where can i find this info myself for future reference (I'm apparently really bad at finding the right key words to search on the wiki)?

Well, i guess for your level it is okay. Personaly i would prefer an IW with at least a few butcher but, it will work atm.

When I'm picking Power Armor, what should I go for as a starter set? Magnificent Power <gear> of Protection? of Warding? Shielding Power <gear> if possible? Mix of Protection and Warding? Are 2 stats OK for gear? I'm aiming to run around in PFUDOR arenas with 1H + force shield.

for arena's, magnificent is probably good enough if you have a good rapier and a good shield. Shield is your defense, so high block lets you play Pfudor arenas.

- shielding power? Sadly, that doesn't exist. Feel free to use shielding plate, that would work.
- magnificent power of protection or warding is both fine at your level.
- Try not to soulfuse, unless the gear is very very good. that way you can just resell the item
- check out the low-level gear auction in the WTS (pinned thread)

Is there a script that tracks the amount of restoratives used? Is such a thing possible without breaking any rules

One Crystal Pack = 12,000 crystals. PL tops out at 2250, and you need 5.603 million crystals of each of the primary attributes and I think 4.8 million for each elemental attribute at that point.

Blocking chance is the most important, the rest don't even matter if your block chance sucks. The perfect combination would be Zircon Force of Protection/Dampening. But again, none of these matters if your block chance sucks.

The suffixes and prefixes are not the priority, or I shall say that good shields with protection suffixes are very rare.
You should be looking for mag+ force shields, possibly a legendary force shield. Block chance is all you should be focusing on. The higher the better, and then invest some forging on block chance. PABs matter, but good SDE shields extremely rare at your level and they may have absurd prices. SDE>DEA>SEA

Probably go like this:
Block Chance (hence Force prefix) > SDE PAB >>> Protection suffix (or maybe dampening / warding) > other stat mmm...

SDE>DEA>SEA

That's personal preference I guess, SDE is definitely the best but I kinda like Dex better than End since it gives more offensive power as you're already pretty tanky with 1H mmm...
