Sent a small amount. Check your mooglemail. edit: Sorry about that. It apparently didn't go through when I thought I sent it, so it was delayed. You have it now. This post has been edited by jantch: Sep 3 2023, 03:08

Karma is hidden attributes something like Luck or good fortune. More item drop. More rare Equipment drop or peerless.
I hope karma will be like that.

What is karma. Very philosophical question for the ask-the-experts thread... Karma does nothing, yet maybe it does everything you want it to do. Sure, more items, more rare equipment, more peerless.... those can only be achieved by playing more hentaiverse. But Karma, that goes way beyond. Karma may be the most valuable currency in the universe. And in e-h: the karma message can be a token of friendship, a lighthearted joke, even a bit of love. So ask yourself: what is love? Baby don't hurt me, don't hurt me, no more.

Word is that if you manage to accumulate 1,000,000,000 karma, you get to fight Tenboro in HV.
If you are winning, you get a ban before you win. If you lose, you get an account wipe.

Yes. who have more karma. Be a good person. People who help others. Help make this society better. Be loved by everyone. not hurt anyone. ิิbut more karma .not have more item drop rare drop peerless drop. amd maybe who play hentaiverse dont care about karma or they think karma is useless. sorry for my bad english*.
Karma is a retired function, used to related to power and monster strength (maybe I don't recall it correctly, it retired before I started regularly playing hv long time ago). And it is now used for fun only.

It used to be tied into a lot of stuff, don't remember all the details as the long process of retiring it had already started when I joined. But one things I do remember it that it affected how many spirit points you had, and it would update mid-battle. Particularly I remember people complaining about dying because they received karma, and jokes about it being PvP.

Still sounds like a really neat idea, we should definitely bring it back.

Wondering about Spirit Shield.
The questions are: is Spirit shield worth using when playing as Niten? Currently, I just wait for Spark of Life to kick in and then use Spirit Draughts and Heal. Spark can trigger up average of once (up to 4 times on occasions) in a 10-monster RE fight on PFUDOR difficulty Would base Spirit Shield save on Spirit and Mana Draughts/Potions? Does anyone have any numbers/stats on Spark vs Draught/Potion usage and Spark+SpiritShield vs Draugh/Potion usage?
If Spirit Shield is worth using with Spark, Next Question: How far to go for ability upgrades to Stronger Spirit? The description on the ability page says "Decreases the amount of damage required to make Spirit Shield kick in, as well as how much spirit is consumed when it does." but doesn't mention what the spirit "discount" is with upgrades. Does anyone know the numbers/stats on the spirit discount with the ability upgrades? Is max Stronger Spirit worth it seeing as to Spirit draught/potion is more expensive than HP/Mana draught/potion? Does anyone have numbers/stats for Stronger Spirit levels vs HP/Mana/Spirit draught/potion usage?
Thanks so much!

Regarding potion usage, the figures you're asking for are going to vary enormously by level, equipment, forge upgrades, perks, battle type, and individual playstyle... so I'm not sure anyone can give an authoritative measure of how many draughts & potions you might use. But yeah, it gets much better with the ability levels. There's a formula given on the wiki for the SP drain, though I don't know how accurate it is. Yeah, perhaps it was too much to ask for stats/numbers with potion use. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/blush.gif) If that formula is correct, it looks like the maximum SP loss is capped at the activation threshold of the level of Spirit Shield ie Base Level Spirit Shield threshold is 45% of HP and max SP loss is 45% of base SP, Level 1 threshold 40% max SP loss 40% base SP, etc. Now the question, how is base SP calculated? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)edit: I think I found it. This post has been edited by kuije: Sep 5 2023, 17:26

Hello everyone! Magnificent Demonic Wakizashi of SlaughterExquisite Rapier of SlaughterWhich one would be better for me? When equiping the first one: Defense 65.9 % physical mitigation 58.5 % magical mitigation 0 % evade chance 33.4 % block chance 31.7 % parry chance 8.3 % resist chance I think the first one is better due to its high Parry chance and STR, but the tutorial more recommands Rapier.

ADD is higher, and it gives penetrated armor.

The reason Rapiers are recommended is because it has "penetrate armor". Early on this isn't really that important yet, but eventually this is going to be rather useful. That's why a lot of people use Rapiers rather than Short Swords (higher base atk, but bleed). Bleed doesn't work well with 1h's Vital Strike, causing its own, much more potent bleed. Though you can still use Short Swords just fine if you find a really good one. Wakis are usually just offhand weapons for the Niten style (not really recommended).

I'm in a similar situation: Magnificent Tempestuous Wakizashi of the NimbleExquisite Rapier of SlaughterI've used them both, and while the rapier hits harder, the wakizashi lets me pretty much stay in spirit stance full time against regular monsters (I think the Nimble suffix helps there). They both work well, but I normally use the waki because I don't have to get in and out of spirit.
