I have no idea about the performance of different Holy combination set playing non-imp in deep PFFest, like comparing 5 Radiant or 4R+1C with 5 Charged and both set have decent edb, which one is better? Or the t/round difference is not that significant?

I dunt know much about the difference between Holy & Dark in x20 GF/IW & SGS. I have just asked Sapo84 about Holy mage here.
Will a similar Dark mage gear(LDWD+5 Leg Radiant) perform more or less the same t/round as the Holy one? And how about PFFest/IW?

no, dark won't perform the same as holy. Holy is better, because spell proc. reduces defense of monsters. Kinda auto-imperil.

Best combo should be peerless oak + peerless prof robe. But I recommend leg prof gloves + shoes because its so much easier to get.

probably, yes. But even Arctic Redwood of Destruction can also clear each non-SG arena under 5 minutes. And DWD at pfudor in 14 minutes. The difference in only arena's isn't that big. Maybe saves you 10 minutes per day in total to go for tempestuous willow.

staff full forged. armor pretty highly forged, not full.

Full radiant is an option only against SchoolGirls.

From my tests:
First Blood to The Trio and the Tree 3+2 (or whatever combo you use for 1.0 prof) performs better
End of Days 4+1
Eternal Darkness and A Dance with Dragons 5+0

Since I have no radiants it's possible that 5+0 with radiants is better than 4+1 for End of Days. Difference should be pretty minor anyway.

Oh I mean for the phase you want radiant > charged. I just use 3+2 all the time too lazy to change set (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

How much would a 3+2 charged dark mage build cost(without forge)? I'm just talking about charges that have low stats or average. Also the least budget for a LDWD or an alternative such as Katalox?
I'm thinking of going a non-imperil style in the future whenever I save some credits. Holy seems impossible, so I might go for dark.

good LDWD unforged, I'd say 15-20m, maybe more if there is competition in auction. And you'll need about 25m on forging the staff, it's a waste not to forge that fully. You can go cheaper of course, by going for a mid-range staff. Katalox is much cheaper, because it doesn't have counter resist. More damage, though.
