I think its going to be tough to reach floor 50 as niten. I'd try one hand with a force shield. You might have an easier time reaching floor 50 with that style.

at lower levels this would have been amazing. Now it's 'nice' at best. If you're lucky it will sell in auction. But it might not sell.

Congratulations on winning! Don't have any experience with lottery items, but similar things happened to me with items that got transferred over from isekai. Have you tried putting it into and out of your storage?

yes you need to transer it to equipment storage and back, then it will have the correct link.

Next Question : Would this Magnificent Ethereal Sword of Balance be reasonably auctionable? I know it's only Magnificent, but the low level and being ethereal with nice IW bonuses might be interesting. Or not. I'm still learning.

If it's not, I'm just going to Soulbind it and keep using it until something better comes along.

yes, this has value because of the level. However, auction may not be the best place to sell: you need to have the right low-level player visiting on exactly those days. Better to put this in a shop. There will be low-level players that are interested, but it will take time. Also, they are generally not extremely rich....

What is the strategy with monster lab? Seems I've unlocked a lot in the past, 10+. I suppose the more monster the more gift you'll get in time, but at the same time you need to feed them and drug them happy pills, those aren't free.

Also what of stat building? Better focus just on offensive stat so they have better chance to kill? Do them killing anyone gives bonus to getting a gift? Also, is it also worth spending chaos token for those extra stat like more % chance of getting gift? Do their level matter, should they be high level as possible?

No strat until you have opened all slots. Some people delete and recreate them to keep them low level (like 30 or so), but this is a bit extreme imo. Feeding crystals is more economical then pills initially, and you have to keep them below L.250 to keep them deletable and avoid aving to feed them with more costly food like Edibles. Using Pills is economically better after a certain level (depending on current prices) or if you want to avoid the leveling up (pills do not increase the monster's level, while crystals do instead).

Stat building is practically useless in monsters. Better use tokens to open new monster slots, then after you have opened all slots the stats are the only way to use tokens (so you do it). However, when each slot opened begins to cost you 100 tokens, using 1 or 3 to improve the gift chance respectively of 3% or 5% is doable and fine.

Victories do grant a chance of more gift, but their level matters almost nothing for this because victories are extremely rare anyway even for reasonably leveled monsters. To push a monster at really high level, you need such astronomical quantities of crystals that you must be very rich to max level even just one monster.

Should you ever have a problem feeding them (but I don't think so), you can just select a few that are lower level and let them starve to death (or delete them), to reduce the overall cost of maintenance.

But if you just play a bit regularly, you shouldn't have such problems; even if they mostly bring only low materials, the occasional valuable binding or (once every blue moon) phazon should be enough to keep them going.

I've gotten Peerless armor from shrining lower tier trophies before. I have my settings set to up them to the higest tier thou. However the chances of that happening are very low. Yes FoS is very expensive. If I were in your shoes well first I would get some stars but I would try to play in isekai for the FoS perk there. You can probably shrine enough to get 1 voucher per season if you play consistently. 2 vouchers if you play a lot and buy trophies. Then I would sell my trophies in persistent and use the credits to improve training, gear, perks, etc. Shrining trophies in persistent is kind of pointless without the FoS perk. Also there will be a lot of other perks you'll probably want first instead of FoS.

If you don't have FoS, then shrining low tier trophies is economically objectively bad. Based on my shrining history of 140M worth of tier5 and over 2500 noodles I've only received 3 tradable peerless and they are all core value. If you can afford keep selling gold stars to forum members, your credits can still be easily vaporized by doing this.

so yes, sell all low tier trophies to those hath barons and probably buy the good legendaries they don't want at a decent price.

As others have said, it's generally better to sell them. But make sure you're either selling to players in the WTB section of the forum, or on the market ingame instead of directly to the item shop. You'll get much better profit that way.
