Please give me some advice about farming crystal in Grindfest.
1) Which challenge level should I choosing, should I play as PFUDOR ?
2) Is there a number of round should I reach then exit and start play from round 1 again, or should I play through all 1000 rounds ? I'm mean what is best strategy for blance between time consuming and crystal harvest ?

I'd recommend playing Arenas and buying the crystals from the market or the WTB/WTS forums. Arenas are both easier and more profitable than grindfest. Playing grindfest after doing the arenas can be a loss of credits if you don't have the Long Gone Before Daylight hath perk, and you'd also want some levels of the Crystarium hath perk and drop training (Scavenger, Quartermaster, Luck of the Draw, Archaeologist). If you still want to play grindfest, I'd suggest IWBTH for as many rounds as you can manage, since it provides nearly as many crystals as PFUDOR while being significantly less difficult. Hell difficulty provides about 3/4 as many crystals as IWBTH, so that's another possible option if IWBTH is too difficult.

If you're trying to get more out of monster lab, go for lots of low level monsters rather than upgrading them. It's ludicrously expensive to get them to show up regularly in battle, so quantity over quality is a much better deal.

1. How do I get a link to my items? I see people linking their items in the market and I have no idea how to do it.
2. What's the best way of obtaining legendary items? Just spamming arenas?
3. What's the best staff for a fire mage? I'm currently using a Legendary fiery redwood staff of surtr and I wonder if I should get something different or if my current one is good enough?
4. Unrelated to HV question - is there a way of getting rid of forum warns or am I gonna be cursed forever?

1. To get the link for any equipment you have to put your cursor over the selected equip and press C on your keyboard. New window opens up with link and full description of stats and current owner.

consider wind or electric. willow staff gives best bonus on dark, it gives some bonus on wind and electric and no bonus on fire and cold. But if you are already a fire mage, I don't recommend you to spend money and switch to a different element. Fire and cold are still playable, they are just not as strong as other elements. If you play as a 1H mage, all elements are generally equivalent.

they are super expensive if you want a decent experience, as they are slow mage with high power. Those two elements need high prof to play so you'll need two piece of cotton to support your holy/dark profeciency. Holy and dark don't work with imperil very well since their imperil only reduce 25% resistence of holy/dark spells. For dark mage, best staff is Demonic Willow Staff of Destruction . For holy mage, best staff is Hollowed Oak Staff of Heimdall.

their radiant phaze armors are in sky high price. If you want to buy a full set of relatively high roll of LDWD/LHOH + 3 radiants and two charged cottons you'll probably pay more than 300M in the auction.

well, dark mage does benefit a lot from using imperil. Not effective? Not as effective as for elemental, but still very effective. Holy does not benefit that much from imperil, though.

Fiery Redwood Staff of Destruction is the best staff for fire. Willow does have higher counter resist but everything else is just worse. Willow has higher counter resist but lower spell damage bonus and elemental proficiency. To give you an idea my magic score is 37,961, my arcane score is 51,591 and my proficiency factor is .954 with a PFRD. Now if I switch to a PFWD my magic score becomes 31,286, my arcane score is 42,515 and my proficiency factor is .868. The only saving grace is 13% more counter resist.

if you use the script HVUT, which is avaliable in the forum, the script thread, you can automatically get those value.

I wouldn't go as far as to say dark mage '[doesn't] work with imperil very well' - it performs similarly or better than elec/wind owing to other compensatory factors such as the high base EDB for dark on willow staffs, and the DoT effect.

Though yes it is still an important distinction to observe; even for imperil play, dark will still aim for 1.0 proficiency factor. Thus the second proficiency piece (or the high stat-budget robe slot, for 590+ prof players) detracts from those bonuses and roughly balances it.

The reason imperil-holy is worse is more because the imperil success rate isn't as good, without deprecating prof on their staff. Katalox doesn't fix the problem either as obviously trading counter-resist for deprecating prof (for the sake of getting counter-resist) makes no sense.

Cursed forever (I think) but rarely relevant, especially years down the line if your record's generally pretty clean. For what it's worth, Noni and I can't even see user warnings - except through Corrupt Mod Tactics™, like asking someone with global permissions to check for us - so it won't be an issue on this board. Question about IW: If I'm trying for Overpower5 Butcher4 and get 1 level of each on my first round of IW, is it still possible to get O5B4 or do I need to use amnesia shards and start over? I can't remember if all levels of a given potency need to be obtained in a row before switching to a different potency, or if they can alternate back and forth.
