Ehm... I think it doesn't work like that.

So Monsters can parry your attack. This chance is reduced with Overpower. However, 1h has Overwhelming Strike, which already lowers the chance of being parried, and stunned monsters can't parry. Therefore, 1h has least benefit from Overpower. In fact, Butcher+Fatality is better for 1h. Overpower is not bad, just not that Overpowering as it is for DualWield, Niten or 2h style.

What does the Hath perk "Resplendent Regeneration" do? Does it increase both hp, mana, and spirit and does it work on spells or items?

Also sometimes monters resist my Imperil, should I invest in Hath perk "Evil Enchantress" to somewhat improve this?

SP gained per tick = 1 + (Sum of all attributes / 600) * 1

becomes

or

It's normal battle regen, for spirit and mp, not pots.

it helps a bit, but it won't prevent resisting of imperil altogether. This perk should not be your priority, but if you have the hath, go for it - it's not useless.

I've been doing IW and forging the parry and block on my weapons and shields, but am I supposed to just be chugging heals and draughts/potions to play on PFUDOR? Feels like even with weaken and stuff the mobs just destroy my health bar. I've been doing REs and arenas without dying on IWBTH and some on PFUDOR, but is there anything else I can do to take less damage?

I'm using 1H heavy just for reference.

healing and potions, that's just part of the game. You can't play without them. Next to that: Level up, and get more abilities.

I've noticed something about Item Condition, and now wondering if the Wiki is missing something.

If the wiki is correct, then two items with same max condition, starting fully repaired and used in the same battles, always should have the same condition. They should both be degraded at the same rate. They both have been in battles with same number of defeated monsters.

But that's not true. I have two pairs of equipment with the same max condition, repaired at the same time, used in the same battles, but condition is not the same.

Pair one:
Condition: 388 / 398 Legendary Cobalt Power Armor of Protection
Condition: 389 / 398 Legendary Zircon Power Gauntlets of Warding
Pair two:
Condition: 388 / 397 Legendary Ruby Power Leggings of Protection
Condition: 387 / 397 Legendary Zircon Power Boots of Slaughter

So, does condition have hidden decimal places? If not, how does condtion degradation work actually? Does the equipment quality_mod come into play?

Related topics:

Is there a way to look up/derive the quality_mod for equipment?

Is it ture that Legendary equipment can have a quality_mod between 1.3 - 1.5 and Peerless equipment can only have a quality_mod of 1.3?

Assuming we can look up/derive quality_mod, and assuming nothing else changes when the upcomming cores features are introduced, it could be that some Legendary equipment, with a 1.5 quality mod, will eventually be better (in the repair cost sense) than an equivalent unmodified peerless.

Not very important in the big picture, but some mega wealthy players with enough interest in minmaxing will at least potentially be interested.

I have some question about the Easter event:
1. How to know there are how many types of artifact in the event ?
2. As ehwiki say, I must participate in all three mode arena, grindfest and item world to collect all types of artifact because each mode have different set of artifact's type. Is that true ?
3. As I understand, from the second artifact of each type onward, I don't receive a T7 trophy anymore, am I right ?

This is the list of the recoverable artifacts. RE/ROB excluded, every battle mode will allow you to collect a part of the whole set:

Normally artifacts drop at a fix rate regardless of difficulty but for Easter event artifacts drop rate scale with difficulty. That means I should for example, play arena at the highest difficulty I can for best artifact drop chance. Is my understanding correct?

HV Utils is the right script for that. Lop left of the shrine screen, there is a button 'Log'. Click it, and you get the results of all your artifacts and trophies. If that button doesn't show up, then your script is corrupt and you need to install it properly again.

Data is stored in 'local storage' - so if you wipe that, the log records are gone. So don't wipe the HV Utils local storage data

Yes, it has a "log" button. But when I click, just a blank log show up.
I don't know why.
Is it because HV utils don't record artifact's reward and Magnificent equipment ?
