I've been slowly gathering credits and hath for some perks, and I've been curious about the Snowflake perk. Is it better to go for that immediately, or should I work towards it by spending the hath on other perks first.

This obviously reduces my hath amount and requires I start over again in the gathering, but would getting DD or Tokenizer first help in getting the Snowflake perk easier?

I'd suggest shrining trophies on isekai instead, where everyone gets the follower of Snowflake perk for free.

Otherwise, it really depends on how you're getting hath/credits. Drop training helps. Crystarium is great if you're doing grindfests. Combat related things help you play more rounds faster. If you haven't unlocked all your monsters, maybe a level or two in tokenizer could help. If you play enough to use energy drinks, long gone before daylight is a great buy.

I took a look at my perks, and so far:

Purchased Perks:
Vigorous Vitality / Effluent Ether / Crystarium I - IV / Tokenizer II / Daemon Duality I

Unpurchased Perks:
Suffusive Spirit / Resplendent Regeneration / None of the Proficiency perks / Most Expensive Perks / etc.

FoS snowflake perk is so expensive, it will take a long time to get that. Unless you have good income from elsewhere: star sell, H@H etc. If you do, why not go for FoS immediately? It all depends on your goals. If you want to master the game and show how you can achieve great results with skill and mediocre gear (for instance in melee styles), then don't get FoS. If you want to collect peerless sets as end-goal, get the best gear best set-up possible, then you should get FoS asap. However: maybe you should wait?

In the next update, you can most likely upgrade legendary to peerless. That can be done with peerless cores (from FoS) or with legendary cores and a shitload of credits. Probably. We don't know for sure. Will FoS be cheaper? Will it be about the same expense to get a full peerless set? We don't know.

Your options are:
1. Go for right-now. Get FoS, and buy as many trophies as you can get your hands on. Get the peerless that you want (with luck) or at least you'll get peerless cores
2. Collect credits and wait for the new update. This could be Feb, but also later (first Isekai, then persistent next season? Or persistent after 1 month of testing in isekai? We don't know). Then you'd not have any peerless you want from FoS and no peerless cores, but a lot of credits.

Feels like I'm really slow when attempting any high arena (PFUDOR), while grindfest clear is out of the question.

looks pretty solid. Block seems a bit low for your level? Or at least I think it does, it's been a while since when I had a shield on your level. In any case, you should be able to clear grindfest by forging more. Fully forged, there should be no problem surviving.

Faster against Schoolgirls? Well that is the weak point of 1h style. It will never be really fast. But to speed things up:
1. Use Vital Strike, but only when:
- schoolgirl is stunned
- schoolgirl is imperiled
- spirit stance is on
2. Use infusions on your weapon to get all the strikes you can. Especially dark / holy.
3. Forge the shit out of your weapon

I still don't get what Spirit Gems do. They don't seem to increase the yellow dots meter above the health bar when I use them, and because they don't seem to have any effect, they're just kind of annoying because they take up a slot where I could have Mana or Health gems.

They restore your spirit gauge (the red bar) not your overcharge (the yellow dots)

your exquisite armors are all low level, they are a bit too low for your current level. Replacing them with higher level stuff will help a lot. I bet you can find some better gear on the forum WTS.

The shield is quite good. Forge block higher if you can.

The rapier: At one point you should replace if for a slaughter version. But it's okay for now I think. Forging materials have become a lot cheaper, I'd certainly forge the rapier more.

Unless you have tons of excess soul fragments or tons of credits, you should save them so you can soul fuse good equipment (Legendaries mainly), including ones above your level. Exquisites are not cheap to soul fuse and are not good enough to last you a long time.

As was said it the previous post: it's not wise to soulfuse exquisites. Just buy better gear. When I say fully forged, I mean forge the relevant and useful stats. For your weapon:
- ADB, Parry, Crit, Str, Dex, and accuracy if your total accuracy is not yet 200%

And I see you forged cold EDB? Don't do that, it doesn't improve the cold strike. Only cold spells are improved, and you don't use those.

no difference. In previous versions of HV you could 'waste' a bit of the effect, but now it only allows you to use a pill when morale is low enough for a whole pill.

Now that i'm (almost) lvl400 i want to start building a full legendary power armor of slaughter set. With about ~20m to spend (+1M every 3 or so days), any advice on what i should look for in particular? Like what prefixes, stats and how important are they?
I already have the sword but everything else including shield is still lacking.
