...75 reforges...

There was a lot of public talking about that rapier and those reforges in the last few months. So i thought that was common knowlegde. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

I actually put that as a benchmark for my rapier IW lol. (Un)fortunately I got B5F4 in 56 reforges.

The same went for me when i sent my boot for iw service, 30 times reforges and i recalled it back because the budget was almost far away from my limit.. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif) and i'm too lazy to iw it myself (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

When some players showed us their attack base points, what about block/parry chance and physical/magical mitigation? Did ever someone reach 80% or above?

68.4 % block
67.5 % parry

So yeah, reach 80% for the mitigations isnt such a big problem. Well, if you can reach 70% parry not sure but i guess possible. Maybe you could reach 80% block with a full shielding set. Iirc basara has one of those. But i dont know.

You can easily get 80%+ PMI MMI with forges. Block chance I think it's impossible without a shielding build. I think you can go over 80% parry with 2 fully forged peerless waki of nimble.
Unless my maths goes wrong (usually it does), you can even go over 90% parry?

every now and then, yep. quite rare though.

so,about dw....parry from mosters is a real shit...

so,if i'll Overpower5 both weapons,it'll will stack to 36%(or mb even 40?)or will be 20 per main hand and 20 per off hand?

According to my notes:

Highest Evade: 78,3% (83,72% with Shadow Veil Spell, 84,81% with Scroll of Shadows)
Highest Block: 82,91%
Highest Parry: 96,26%
Highest total damage avoidance: 98,21% physical, 91,33% magical
Highest physical mitigation: 92,75%
Highest magical mitigation: 91,82%

NB: These are only theoretical values, so don't expect to EVER reach them.

Nah, i did with my rapier before. I got on the first try what i wanted. Zero reforge, well i guess for something like that you pay with 75 reforges at the next weapon. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) So the next rapier, (as if) will be again have the right IW on the first try. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

OBS: All Power pieces have forge level 25 (everything except ADB). Shielding pieces have forge level 13.

With 1h mage I get:

CODE

70.4 % physical mitigation
68.9 % magical mitigation
69.9 % evade chance
65.7 % block chance
66 % parry chance
64.2 % resist chance

You know you have enough mitigation when you can survive pufdor grindfests without scrolls hence why I recommend SDA shields over DEA for any builds where survival isn't an issue. And still enough firepower to clear grindfests in an reasonable number of turns.

If you are using imperil style highly recommended to go willow. Element is better for non-imperil 3p+2c style.

When you're on shielding set, how long you can clear 100rounds/150rounds or maybe PFfest? Any cure needed?

To be honest, it's been a long time since I used the Shielding set, so I do not have recent data to compare.

But just to give you an idea, a year and a half or so times were as follows:

Arena 150 with Shielding: 92 min
Arena 150 with Power: 75 min

Arena 100 with Shielding: 30 min
Arena 100 with Power: 22 min

After I made this note, I started to use only Power equipment.

Currently, with any of the 3 Power sets, I do not need to heal on the arenas. Only in the last rounds of an IW that I need to pay attention, but only with the Balance set, which is the weakest defensively.

Oh, and Grindfest I only play once a year, during the Easter event. I do not have the patience to spend more than 3 hours playing the same thing. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)
