QUOTE(igs88 @ Feb 17 2018, 12:23) Oh my goodness.... (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) So monster lab is not that like credits sink... Ehm, that is not what i said. I mean you can still sink a few B on credits into crystal packs. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) QUOTE(qwertypls @ Feb 17 2018, 12:24) Is there a optimal ratio for using token to unlock new slot over strengthening preexisting monsters?
Well, there is an easy rule of thumb. Do you have allready 100 monster slots opened? If the answer is no, you should spend your tokens on new monsters. But personaly i do still spend a single token into each new monster on Scavenging. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

(IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) Nope, what I meant about credits sink is in case of maintaining (feeding or drug) the monster, and yes, crystal pack is a huge sink of credits....

It has. Because no matter how many tokens you put into a monster. In the end you get more for them by creating new monsters. Or at least they do while having less than 50 slots. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

But personaly i do still spend a single token into each new monster on Scavenging. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif) For 19th monster you need, say, 34 tokens, and it gives you, well, a monster with 100% gift factor. Buying first scavanger costs 1 token and gives you 3% gift factor. So it appears that getting first scavanger upgrade on all the monsters is better investment, thats before crystal/food costs. Goldstars and up get 200% gift factor for each bought slot so 34th slot (or is it refered as 67&68) costs 68 tokens, while for 66 tokens it is possible to get combined additional 198% gift factor on all previous monsters.

And that is the reason why i was calling that just a personal preference, okay actual i didnt, but that is what the personal part does mean. It was no suggestion. Also i would say it is still just the 34th slot. GS just gives you an additional monster "per" slot, but no additional slot. That is just quite easy to forget when you allready have your GS long enough that it feels normal to get two monsters everytime you unlock additional monsters.. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) The whole number 65 among a bunch of decimal numbers. Poor him. You should have subtracted the 3rd column from the 4th. So with the 72nd slot unlocked and 52 chaos tokens in storage, I have 5827 left to go, approx. 51%.

Half way there. That's a hell of an accomplishment. Those Tokens... wow... hard to come by. They just kind of trickle in with no other thing to help but time and lots and lots of rounds. Edit: PS... the showing of tokens to go was selected to make the rest of my spreadsheet make sense. It calculates out a bunch of dates and percentages to the right of the 3 columns shown after a date of completion is entered. So I'm always reading one row above the slot I'm working on. Setting up the first 3 columns the other way would have me reading 2 columns above. If used as shown, you are absolutely right, it should show the total left needed one row above where it shows. And the last slot should show zero. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) This post has been edited by RoadShoe: Feb 17 2018, 23:07

Based on those result, it'd worth shrining figurines if you somehow get a lot of BoD and BoS from it. But it's not, so just a waste of money.

QUOTE(scrateur @ Feb 20 2018, 16:33) Is this future fire set any good? StaffHeadBodyArmsLegsFeetVery good, high EDB. But too many radiant. It will help you clear arena a lot faster but if you are going for PFest, better get a pair of charged shoes and change 1 or 2 radiant piece to charged. - Level 400 - Going for PFest I'm pretty sure those things don't really go well together... (prof cap for fire is not a very good choice, even more so after the prof rework).
