QUOTE(Scremaz @ Feb 14 2018, 16:52) you can still use the background color alert. that won't stop your hovering, but if you pick the right color it'll be hard to miss - and allowed.
Could you please , point that setting to me because, i was unable to find it. Thanks (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) This post has been edited by ALL_MIGHT: Feb 15 2018, 19:18

QUOTE(mundomuñeca @ Feb 15 2018, 14:14) So, if I understand correctly, magical attacks (like elemental strikes) can do physical damage, i.e. the one recieving the attack ends up with his HP depleted. (but the attack is still magical, so magical mitigation is what is needed to lower it ?).
While physical attacks (like yr last posted monster skill) can do magical damage, i.e. recieving the attack depletes your MP (but the attack is still physical, so physical mitigation is what is needed to lower it ?).
In what language do I have to say it? Element, is, NOT, magic. An element is a subtype of either physical and magical, and all types of elements can be found in both Physical and Magical. An attack is characterized by its main type (Physical/Magical), and then by its subtype (Crushing/Slashing/Piercing/Fire/Ice/Wind/Elec/Holy/Dark/Void). Both Physical and Magical can be of any of the subtypes. You can have Crushing Physical, Slashing Physical, Piercing Physical, Fire Physical, Ice Physical, ... Dark Physical, Void Physical, Crushing Magical, Slashing Magical, Piercing Magical, Fire Magical, ... Dark Magical, Void Magical. A physical attack deals physical damage and is mitigated by physical mitigation. A magical attack deals magical damage and is mitigated by magical mitigation. An element is either physical or magical and is further reduced by elemental mitigations. - If a melee weapon deals a fire strike, then it means it deals a Fire Physical attack, which is mitigated by both physical mitigation and fire mitigation.
- If you cast Ragnarok, then it's a Dark Magical attack, which is mitigated by magical mitigation and dark mitigation.
- If a monster (because us players can't do it) has a skill of Magical Slashing type, then when it uses it the attack will be a cast, a Slashing Magical attack, which is mitigated by magical mitigation and slashing mitigation.
- If a Celestial has its spirit attack as Magical Void type, then it's mitigated by magical mitigation and void mitigation. But because Void mitigation is 0% for everyone, only the magical will kick in.
And while I'm at it, I'll remind you that a Void attack is not "just" Void: it's always either Physical or Magical, which means it will always be mitigated anyway. If it can help you understanding what elemental strikes are, imagine that a Fiery Rapier is just a rapier that both pierces and burns upon contact, or that a Hallowed Katana is a Katana with a holy aura that exorcies stuff when you hit it with it. And imagine that having such a weapon happens to strenghen the spells you may cast with it, like shooting fire balls out of your rapier. If you still don't get it, go play Pokemon and find out what is the difference between Fire Punch and Flamethrower, between Volt Tackle and Thunder, or between Psycho Cut and Psychic. I am a user who enjoys HentaiVerse in Korea. I started playing the game again after three years. The current level is 152. Items are as shown in the attached file image. Please advise me what to do from now on? After 150level, I told you to change it to a one-handed rapiar sword and heavy armor. What should I do?

Check WTS for free items for low level players.

I am a fresh beginner who started right now. Thanks for your help. Not sure about many things yet, but your post helped me a lot. Hope my persona won't have to fight bare handed soon. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) This post has been edited by LAFAyef: Feb 16 2018, 14:53

according to wiki and the horse's mouth, the formula for morale gained from primary attribute crystals is (roundup(N*0.5)+3)*1000
but according to my observations, the formula rounds up for STR, AGI, INT and down for DEX, END, WIS. so for example, upgrading STR from +1 to +2 will recover 4,000 morale, while upgrading DEX from the same level will recover 3,000
before i canonise these findings in the next crunk juice update, i have to ask: is this a bug or a feature?
and while i'm here: if you use an older version of crunk juice with firefox, now may be a good time to update: some firefox update broke the crystal feeder's ability to avoid wasting crystals

i noted some discrepancies as well. no clue. could it be related to the class or the end-value, perhaps? i have upgraded different classes of monsters by the same amounts and all signs point to it being based on the type of attribute alone, but the amount of testing i can do is limited by slow morale drain, so it would be helpful if others could confirm these findings This post has been edited by sickentide: Feb 16 2018, 17:00

Maybe the increase in morale is linked to the apparent increase in PL, and not the the level in that stat? I'm considering this option because the PL displayed is actually a rounded value of all stats together, while all primary upgrades raise the total PL by X.5.

that's a possibility to consider. it would be nice to have more data to verify it, but i'm sure it will come over time This post has been edited by sickentide: Feb 16 2018, 21:57

1. Not really imo. 2. Not at all. And you should not let slot empty. Just create three monster and get stuff from them.

I was hoping I could glean some advice on how to get started on niten style.
1) Katana of slaughter (ethereal might even be pretty good, right?) and waka of....what? My heart is telling me nimble or swiftness, but can I ask the experts on this one? My heart has lied to me before.
2) What kind of IW do I want to go for in each item?
3) I assume savage shade armor of the shadowdancer is what I'm looking to get for the most ideal armor (or am I undervaluing fleet?). What stat has the most priority to upgrade on these armors? Evade chance? Pmit?
4) Should I be using Skyward Sword at all? I know some 2H players spam FRD, which should I go for with niten?
If there's any other noob-trap stuff related to Niten that you could throw my way, I'd be grateful.
Edit: This would be mostly for doing SG arenas, or arenas in general. I don't have enough perks for GF to be worth it yet.

Very easy to maintain 150 monsters. Just feed them everyday and throw drugs whenever needed. Just leave the small ones at PL25. PL25 and PL250 doesn't make any difference.

Oo.. I didn't know that, so there's not much differences between PL25 and PL250.... And 150 mons are not that hard?? Woww... (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif)
