Yes.
Well, if you're really committed, then you'd have to forge to the max to get the best clear times. But most just prepare their phases for when they switch to full mage.

Yeah, i have my doubts about that. I mean mag plain elementalist Cap? Do Elemental mages even use Caps?

I have a problem regarding the chaos tokens, I have been feeding crystals to my 35 monsters continuously so they do not die, thanks to the Hath Perk level 3 of crystalum that I have, I do not suffer at the moment of spending crystals on them, and when I need a remarkable amount of them, I just throw a grinfest and I solve it, but with the chaos tokens if I'm suffering a lot, I had about 120, but now I only have 28 because every time my monsters level up I increase Scavenging skill points , and that's why I don't have any more chaos tokens.

Can you suggest me a way to save and get more chaos tokens, should I be buying happy pills until I have a remarkable amount of chaos tokens again? And how much is it influenced by the amount of credits you have to obtain more chaos tokens?

The Tokenizer hath perks are the only way to increase the chance of getting more chaos tokens. So. sorry, but I can't suggest anything (other than the perks) to get more chaos tokens.

I wouldn't worry about scavenging/gift factor too much for low level monsters. Just keep them fed and keep their morale up, and they'll be OK.

Not even close - he had full slaughter, but no savage at all, if I recall.

No, mages generally won't use magnificents except as extremely temporary placeholders until they can get a proper equipment (although even so, these days it is much easier to get plain legendaries to fill that role). Magnificents are not really good enough to play mage these days.

Only way to get more chaos tokens is to play more. You should not bother upgrading low-level monsters at all, and just work on unlocking more slots. It is fine to buy happy pills at the moment. Chaos tokens do not restore morale, only crystals.

I only improve the monsters as they advance, that is, when they are in the middle of their green bar or already in their fourth part of it, I would like to waste some credits in lotteries if I win chaos tokens all at once , but that's exactly what I don't want, because in fact that's why I came back here, to get more GP; not to be spending it.

You can do the 1st RoB, that usually gives you 1 chaos token. Effectively, you exchance one token of blood for a chaos token.

1 hand: most use rapier + force shield (high block) + power armors (protection & warding)
2 hand: you would need to use light armors, shade. Also, not an easy style to get right
DW: also light armors, shade

if you have good gear, fully forged, then it looks ez. But that takes time and credits. Just try to improve with little steps, that's my advice

Probably a long time, but please share if you calculated it. To optimize the time, keep your stamina above 80 all the time with energy drinks.
