Regarding using amnesia shards on weapons and armor to then redo the IW, is it generally seen where the redoes provide better upgrades to the gear?
I did this with my rapier and ended up getting LV. 5 fatality when I never got the first go-around.

It's random every time.

Regarding a few hath perks Does Resplendent Regeneration apply to the skill regeneration? Or is it just a waste of hath? Also does Tokenizer only apply to RE?

No, Resplendent Regeneration applies to your natural regeneration. It's pretty good, it's definitely not a waste, unless you only play REs and short arenas. It's also really cheap for the benefit it gives. Tokenizer applies to all monster drops.

1. It's not. 2. Waste or not is a question that depends on each player condition. (i.e just like GS' bonus regeneration some people might or might not find it helping their play - or even notice that it exist). It's like whether consuming health draught would help or not, some find it helping them in a long run, some find it just a distraction which just decrease their t/s and net a mere decrease in one heal or two. QUOTE Also does Tokenizer only apply to RE? why should it? there are token drop from arena and GF too.

Thanks, was hovering on whether to get it or not. Since I play the from Trio to DWD, I'm guessing the benefits will help. QUOTE(Fudo Masamune @ Sep 5 2020, 19:28)

My wording might've been wrong here. I meant if the hath perk made a noticeable difference in combat because back when health, mana and spirit didn't reset, the hath perk would've been useful to get back to full vitals quicker without expending health, mana and spirit pots. QUOTE(Fudo Masamune @ Sep 5 2020, 19:28) why should it? there are token drop from arena and GF too.
The Tokenizer was listed as (X) the chance of random mob token drops. Since it had random mob in the description I assumed it meant RE

That's exactly what I meant. the "noticeable" part might differ from person to person. It is there, it help, but noticeable is entirely different matter. For example, I notice that the GS extra regen help from playing the PFIW (need to drink potion/elixir later than usual), but as arena is a walk in the park already I didn't find any noticeable difference before and after getting it.

The adjective "random" here refers to the token drops, not the mob. I.e., the rephrased description should be "chance of random drop of tokens from mobs". This post has been edited by mundomuñeca: Sep 6 2020, 16:21

So I'm at about 8k+ turncount for PFUDORfest clears.
My effective Proficiency is only 989, so I'm 11 points off for obtaining 1.0 Proficiency Factor.
Besides Assimilator, are there any other wys of making the Prof go up faster?

Well prof is calculated from xp gain, so every way to increase your xp gain would help you get more prof.

How do you guys even manage PUFDOR? I'm doing the wiki recommended heavy armor/block/parry suitability oriented build and go into a PUFDOR First Blood arena and proceed to get shrecked by the first mob. Is there some kind of secret sauce to this or am I just a scrub forever relegated to the realms of nintendo kiddies?

You're just low level. Survival gets a lot easier later on - especially for heavy-armor players. It is hard to reach a good amount of block/parry at low level, so heavy is a little weaker than light armor (which has speed, evade, parry and still has access to block) until you're wearing legendary armor. Once you get access to a good weapon/shield combo, and you start forging things, it gets a ton easier.

Hi experts, I found "something wrong" with soul fusing just now. By the formula in EH wiki it should cost 500+(500-416)*10=1340 soul fragments when I try to soul fuse my level 500 legendary gloves, but in the game it shows 1339 instead. I tried another level 499 equipment, it shows 1330 which is "right". Is there some special rules in soul fusing level 500 equipments or I have just met a mistake? Should it be mentioned in EH wiki or somewhere else? Thank you for your help in advance. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I think that's just a rounding error as a side-effect of how it's calculated internally.

Whatever the reason I think it's an interesting bug, thanks for mentioning it.
So some inane questions: Could that only have happened with a level 500 equipment (as Bolide hypothesized)? I'm guessing not. Would that same thing have happened if Bolide didn't have a weird number of soul fragments in storage, ending in 1? It's probably unrelated, but who knows. Finally, if he actually soulfused it would he really lose 1339 soul fragments as reported? Haha.

For monster lab, is there a 'best overall' creature to make when it comes to acquiring rewards? Or should I just get a variety of different types of monsters?

No, the type of monster has almost no measurable effect. On paper, you could argue that high health monsters are harder to kill, or that magic monsters hit melee harder... but best thing you can do is: choose the type of monster that makes the name funny: Morbidly Obese Pony - that should be a giant, I'd say. Or a beast? Late Knight - undead of course Thomas the Spank Engine - mechanoid, I'd say etc.
