I can see you're using pre-0.82 gear. How long have you not been playing HV?
You should just change all of your equipment asap, as pre-0.82 just can't compare to post-0.82.

You could check here manually https://ehwiki.org/wiki/Equipment_Ranges

Or if you've already install HVtoolbox, you can see a percentage under the equipment after you get the equipment link.
It calculates how strong your current equipment to the Lmax (aka Maximum stat of a Legendary gear or Peerless). The Lmin is 0%.
For your level of equipment, any gear that isn't at least >= Lmin 0% should be changed.

For your 2nd question, depending on the roll, the best mag can beat a low-tier legendary post-0.82 even (aka in the 40% range). So no doubt they can be better than old legendary.

Always go for only one type of armour (heavy, cloth, light) no matter what. It's less important at your level, but you still have so much benefit from specialising due to how abilities work (check the trees; it's all 'if you only wear x type of armour' kind of thing). Go with heavy if it's only between the two; light is a better choice early, but it's not too important.

Invest primarily in Str/End with a splash of Wis.

And again, thank you to everyone who contributed to IW discussion. Now I'm changing my mind again; it's spicy. Honestly, considering how much I make an hour, the amount of time I've spent considering this issue I could have bought BTCash, sell stars, and made hundreds of times the loss I'd make from paying the 6M. Edit: regarding auction, I'll need to IW the Tempestuous first so I have something to use. It's probably going to be in the next auction, and if not that, the next. So far 4 people have expressed interest; I look forward to seeing how high it goes.

Ah I see, I mean the most expensive things in the bazaar is like below 15k, and the item itself is not horrible sometimes, Legendary Fiery Rapier of Slaughter for example mmm...
And I guess I just realize that I should totally snatch that while it's still there mmm...

There ARE some occasions where you can fetch a very good piece from the bazaar so I recommend checking it from time to time. 45% ADB Gauntlets of Slaughter or something around that range. I guess someone bazaared it by mistake. Remember to check if the item level is near your level as you can only soulfuse item 100 levels above yours. If you don't see the percentage on an item, it's just the script doesn't show that. You can check here for the comprehensive list.

feel free to unslot "Staff Damage" ability and keep only "Staff Spell Damage". also, reduce your STR a tad bit and use all your EXP points.

sry for another question ,but should i change the difficulty from normal to something else. I fear i might overlevel because of it (reading from do and dont). I usually play only daily arena. Thank you

try to play at least at hard. shouldn't be too big of a step, but you may be able to at least drop amnesia shards.

The 'DO and 'DONT' thread more says that you shouldn't focus on leveling, which is absolutely true. While a higher level will always be 'stronger', that's without considering the context of monsters leveling as well. That said, there's not really any good reason to play on Normal. Higher difficulty -> better loot -> more credits -> better gear -> more fun. The only reason I'd argue for staying a lower level is so you can get gear at a lower level (i.e. get drops that more people can equip). This means that you can sell to more people, but by the same token, your drops would have to be really good for high levels to think about buying them as they'd have to soulfuse to make them useful (i.e. bring the gear to their level).

You should be able to bump it up to Hell/Nintendo pretty easily (especially if you go full heavy), and I'd say at least play on Hard. However, you can really do whatever you want; you'll still be following a path of progress, just at different rates.

Edit: if you want to level faster/get good drops, you might want to also bump up the random encounters every half hour to a higher difficulty. Monsters in RE have a high drop chance, and the higher your difficulty, the better the drops. Can obviously lower it again when you do arenas.

Charged is more important imho, keeps you alive.

ie. Like what ADB % for Legendary Power of Slaughter would be better than Peerless Power of Non-Slaughter when soulfused?

If you mean to do 1H these are junk, you need a Rapier of Slaughter.
The second one could be a decent DW Offhand, but it needs a reforge and a then good IW.
