Whats the quickest/best weapon to use for lvling up/grindfest and armor? for 300 below and above? Best way to farm credits is grindfest i assume? I've read the wiki but just want to make sure i'm up to date as I haven't played in years. thanks

I'm currently using dual wield with rapier and waki.

Below level 300, all melee styles are equally approachable, though 2H with light armor in particular excels. Around the mid level 200s, it is conventional to begin switching to 1H with heavy armor. Mage becomes the fastest by enormous amounts when you have the resources to heavily forge good quality equipment.

The most economic activities are: doing as many random encounters as possible, doing all your arenas (particularly the high level ones that drop trophies, as these are easily sellable to bolster income considerably) and then and only then considering grinding either item world or grindfest.

Item world is considerably easier to finish than grindfest, and the drops are equivalent besides a small crystal modifier in late fest. This is not a considerable change to your income unless you have high levels of the Crystarium perk.

When you have low drop training (especially archaeologist) it is also worth considering that you will not likely recoup the stamina cost of playing many more rounds, and it can often be more economical to simply sell energy drinks (or the precursor artifacts they come from) until you're trained better. (Somewhere around ~30 scavenger and archaeologist~6 is reasonable.)

For what it's worth, I played dual wield exclusively up til level 450. It is a good style for low levels. Main hand club of slaughter with off hand rapier of balance excels for arenas, and main hand rapier of slaughter with off hand wakizashi of the nimble is ideal for item world / grindfest (the parry saves you a ton of time spent healing otherwise). You should use featherweight charms on non-ethereal weapons to keep your evade and attack speed high.

The hover attack in monsterbation is allowed to be paused after spark of life is triggered, however this is an exception and any other mechanism being paused (including keypresses or manual clicks) is expressly forbidden, under the clause that it is processing live data in order to make a decision on the player's behalf.

indeed,i just took a peek at the code of monsterbation,it's totally beyond my comprehension (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) seems that my programming lesson did not pay off at all

Yes, there are a few markets where you can buy without ID, but they are generally restricted to a certain amount total, and you may find it is restricted by the banking laws in your country.

Further discussion is beyond the scope of HV's Ask the Experts, though.

Spirit draughts, potions and elixirs restore the Spirit bar (red), not the Overcharge (yellow).

iif you play dual wielding, then your aim should be Overpower5 and butcher 4, or alternatiely fatality 4. If you play 1 handed with shield, then you would want as much butcher and fatality that you can get on that rapier.
Bear in mind that you don't need perfection yet. your main improvement already comes from IW to 10.

Depends on the suffix and prefix and rolls, so it's hard to say. Even the piece will affect it, armour will be worth more than gauntlets with the same stats. A slaughter will generally go for a lot more than a warding with similar rolls, for example. They appear all the time in the auctions, anything worth selling will often go there, and best place to look to get an idea of the prices.
