Afaik not the time since the last failed matter for how much stamina is lost, but how many of the last 10 Riddlemaster you failed.

Yeah, I guess I didn't phrase that very well. I meant that I hadn't failed any of the past 10+ RiddleMasters I saw (the last one I remember failing, I only lost 1 stamina, so even if I'm somehow misremembering how many it's been, it definitely seems like there've been quite a few that haven't loaded properly for me).

According to the wiki 7 stamina means you had failed five Riddlemaster before, but it looks like i could be wrong with the last 10, because here it is the last 12.

Either way, it definitely looks like I've just been missing some RiddleMasters, probably due to the Chrome issue I'm having.

That appears to have been the reason. On my computer, Chrome does this thing where it occasionally hangs for longer and longer whenever I open a new tab or go to a new page if I don't restart it every few days. I just intentionally failed a RiddleMaster to check this, and it took away 7 stamina even though I don't recall having failed one in a long time. Thanks for the explanation, and good to know that my account probably wasn't hacked.

Not only does it happen in Chrome, but also in Opera, and it is mostly due to a very low bandwidth combination and how well the forum server works in your country.

I didn't realize it was possible for RiddleMaster to just not load properly. I don't think it's a bandwidth issue, as I have a spare laptop on which this issue doesn't happen, and I've had the same issue even when using my laptop in a different state. Also, this issue only started a few months ago, I think after a Windows 10 update (the other computer on which the Chrome problem doesn't happen is running Windows 7). I've tried fixing it, but nothing's worked, so I guess my solution is to just close and reopen Chrome every few days, or to use a different browser.

(IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif) That is the reason why I listened to a friend, and now my laptop has 2 operating systems, the same thing was happening to me, the windows did not detect the modem even after restarting it and even after using a point of restoration.

I was thinking that my network card had been damaged, because the solution 2 years ago was to change it, but it proved in the Linux operating system, and I detected the modem, what I had to do there, was to erase the windows history from that operating system and thus the problem was solved.

this is baffling to say the least. and yes, it's a bad thing. nothing purges your ram better than rebooting pc.

proud windows user since year 2k. i tried mac and linux too, but stayed on windows (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

btw, 7 is quite stable.
10 too, but it has that cancer telemetry and the double control panel, so it's a bit of a heretic thing to set up. but once it's running, it's good too.
8, sadly it had that bad tile menu and the sidebar that made it too little pc-ish so it limited its success quite a bit.

Th real cancer in Windows 10 is Windows Update. It manages to fuck up your drivers, your installation and God knows what else. And you can't possibly disable it.
Telemetry? Blah, you can shut its mouth up with OOSU10.

Whether way, on old version you could bypass it by telling it you were on a Wi-Fi dial-up connection and it had to ask user to download updates. Is it still possible?

(IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) What I was doing to me, was deactivating the damn keyboard of the new laptop I bought. What I choose to do is completely block updates and always create a stable copy with another program for a complete reset, just in case.

Anyway, the new lap was overheated by bad design and burned the video card, and left me with the need to continue using my old lap of 12 years ago, and to this day I still don't have the time or the necessary means to buy a new lap. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Sure, I could have a long list of things to talk about. I mentioned this before, but I guess wall of text.

Why is Hallowed considered to be on par of Demonic (at least, regarding prices it looks like it), when both are the same against SGs, but then Hallowed isn't as good vs normal monsters?

I've checked that monster table decondelite posted in the 1H research thread and at least, from the highest leveled monsters, only one had lower Holy resistance vs quite a bunch that were "weak" to Dark.

The lower PL you go with monsters (gave the list a glance, but my eyes were already sleepy from hours in front of a computer), the more equal spread the resistances, but my feeling was that Demonic is better than Hallowed by far , and then, found out that Cold is also a pretty serviceable element.

I saw this Average list from 700 to 2000 or so PL on that thread, but well, I think that the distribution gets different depending on the PL.
