Yes.

Plate:
Legendary with Shielding prefix -> sellable if low level or very good block
Peerless -> sellable to collectors
Crude/Fair/Average -> salvage for scrap metal if (100 < price < 180) or (200 < price < 270)
Everything else -> bazaar

there is almost no demand for plate. Only shielding plate is valuable. That does not mean that you can't use plate. Power is just so much better. And also very cheap these days. A couple of years ago, when equipment had value above 50k, there was some sense in using a plate piece. Now, power is so cheap, it's better to go full power.

I do sell Legendary non-shielding plate under Lvl300, just saying.
And to answer a question earlier: pretty much any Legendary Plate is better than Exquisite Power, because 3 PABs and much higher defense.

(IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif) I would like to know how the equipment droop works, 3 days ago that I am playing on the IWTH and PFUDOR difficulty, and for some reason I am not getting any equipment droop, the days before those I actually got 19 droops in the challenge of the *Eternal Darkness arena and enough credits but on Nintendo difficulty, but the next 3 days I made the same challenge and in one day I only got 2 equipment.

I would not complain, if it weren't for the 2 equipment I obtained were awful and one of them average without any prefix.

Why not raising the difficulty you get better quality equipment? I thought that it would be fixed by increasing my Quartermaster skill and spending credits on that, but I am still the same. This is also applying lately when I play in the PFUDOR difficulty.

What else do I have to do to get more equipment droops?

I have to admit, half of this post, i dont even understand what you are talking about. What is an ED arena? Okay, we have Eve of Death, End of Days or Eternal Darkness as possible arena names, but i dont want to guess what you mean. Also didnt we allready had this conversation? Or was that someone else. Huh doesnt mater. When you say, you get less income on a higher difficulty while doing the same arena, you are wrong. No discussion needed. Just doing it once or twice with having bad rng doesnt prove anything. Because and i hope you do sit right now, the R and rng stands for random. Yeah, and if i actually would get any non awful equipment while playing on pfudor only, i would even care about that complain, but sadly, i get nearly 100% awful drop during a whole year. So, sorry but i have no sympathy for you left. And dont give me any "but you droped a LHOH" because i had to drop and bazaar more awfull equipment to get this one good drop in the time since my last good drop, as you have droped during the whole time you play this game. Because that is what this game is, grinding tons and tons of shit, to get a small little gold nugget every few years. And that is all i have to say about this matter. Yes. It is. Iirc somewhere above 1M. Could be 3M, but i am not sure, so dont quote me on that. I suggest to check WTB for topics that want to buy trophies that should give you a better idea idea.

I just cleared it for the first time at hell difficulty, and it spent me half hour,which is WAY TOO LONG!


In fact none of them pose a threat to me, but they are just so tanky that I need around 20 turns to finish a single boss in each round…

Can't imagine how long will it take if it is on 20X difficulty xD.

(BTW, how long does it normally take for 1H warrior to clear the last arena?)

Ehm, not sure, i never really did keep track of that, but i would say something between 20 and 25 minutes.

Well, that is normal for SG arenas. They allways take longer. Just wait for DwD, i still wait to do this below 30 minutes. But the sad truth is, at lower level they are even easier to clear faster.

Well, the first time ever on PFUDOR was around 3 hours. It really drove me crazy i can tell you, this just didnt wanted to stop. But hey, today you can use vital strike without the need of using shield bash first. And i tell you, that change does save so much time. My best time is 30 minutes and a few seconds. But i play a defensive build made of protection and warding. Guess with a slaughter set that should be faster. But i am still not finished with my set, so i couldnt test that myself. Just keep in mind to imperil the SG and beat their asses with vital strike. And from what i have read, at lower levels even the OFC can help, even when it does nearly nothing for me.

oh, you and your drop rants again?

once again, comparing just one day to another day arena drop is meaningless. only 2 equipments from arena? both are suck, nothing to fuzz about, even getting only 2-3 equipments from DwD is nothing unusual. you got legendary two days ago and still say your drop suck? just admit it, you just cherrypick stuff to complain.

you will always get superior at PFUDOR, that's literally what you're asking for, better quality than those averages or lower equipment you get from IWBTH or lower difficulty.

more equipment drops? play more, even with max drop training each monsters only have around 1.5% chance of dropping equipment.

my first DWD clear was seven and half hours.

nowadays it's around a half hour with 1h. forgot how long it actually is as usually I clear with mage unless somehow forgot to change persona when entering the battle,

And I'm playing an Elec Mage.

What I can't understand is why I can't complete the arena in IWBTH. My setup of DW clear PFUDOR, but with Mage (which supposedly is more OP than DW) I end up failing and losing every time.

What am I doing wrong? Is the equipment, the attributes? I don't think is the abilities because I bought everything related to my Mage build (staff, cloth, Havoc, Elementalism, etc).

Do I need to IW and upgrade my equip?

yeah most people nowadays have at least half of their set at magnificent by the time they reach lvl 300 if not budget legendaries. I used exquisite until mid 300 lol.

your equipment is so wrong.
unlike melee you can't mixmatch equipment suffix, elemental defense prefix still acceptable if you don't aim for grindfest or IW, but suffix is fixed. It's either EDB bonus or elemental proficiency, other than that is "wrong" equipment.
if you play elec mage, then it's of mjolnir and of elementalist. curse-weaver is pushing it, earth-walker, warding, protection etc are "useless".

also, dex is useful for mage, it offers parry, an extra damage avoidance chance which is a real luxury for mage.

Even i do know why. You dont have even a single phase piece. So where is the damage suppose to come from? Also you armor set looks like really suck. When you play as Elec Mage, why do you use a Cotton Cap of Warding? Even i do know that cotton of Warding or of Protection is nothing but another HGC.
Cotton Robe of Protection another HGC completly useless. Well at least the Gloves are of of The Heaven-sent so at least you get some prof, just sad that it is the wrong elemt, so i guess you have way to less prof to play non imperil and let me guess, you didnt used imperil right? And yeah, that your whole set is completly unforged doesnt helps either. And all those things come from a guy who has no idea how to play mage himself. Better forget the idea to play as mage until you at least get a decent armor set, because this is none, not even close. As far as i did see, all sufix are wrong and you dont have even a single phase piece. Can say anything about the staff, but i wouldnt be supprised if that one should be of elementalist.

And not just you. I got my Mag rapier around 360 or so. And didnt had a full Leg set until 440 or so. So you are not alone.
