Hi experts (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Yo'll can see my perks in signature ... now I am considering of getting Effluent Ether, since the other low-cost perks that I still lack (EXP & Xtal perks) are not interesting to me.

Do you think that Effluent Ether is useful enough to not regret buying it, or should I go for Tokenizer first ?

Thanks for replies.

Tokenizer is the most important after Innate Arcana, IMHO.
The vast majority of the perks are minor enhancements, but those two ones really are in the must-have.

OK thanks, hoping that HV will last enough to fully populate my monster lab (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

I want to buy a Bronze Star.
I want to know the process.
Should I send credit to the seller first?
Or get the Bronze star and then send it?

1. Send your credits via MM first and your wallet address through donation page.
2. Usually due to price fluctuation, the seller will send you slightly more than the price of your star. You awaits the payment, and then confirm it. Then apply BTC as donation. Done.
The seller should leave your payment pending before you have confirmed the seller's payment. If any circumstance regarding dishonesty, contact the mod team.

3. It can take some time for the star to appear, so wait again a bit.
4. Profit. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

I've got two questions hopefully someone can help me

1. After you collect 21 pony figurines, how do you activate OFC? or it just magically appear in your skill set next day?

2. After you get the OFC, what happen to the figurines? Disappear/trade in shrine/keep in bag?

thank you

1. you need to wait. Sometimes up to 24 hrs, sometimes shorter
2. the figurines stay were they were. If you sell, shrine them, the OFC dissapears again.

What exactly means when a monster letter/number is highlighted in red?

I use Monsterbation, and I've read that it's related to the data not being updated in the database.

What we should do in that case? Scan it and it's done?

Yes, scan would solve that. Unless the monster is imperiled

It is a rapier. You can use it to kill monsters. Any more advice needed?

Ok, didn't know about not imperiling them.

I'll do it before I start imperil bukkake then.

Maybe he's offering it (for free, it's no fun otherwise) because he can't take care of it. I'll sacrifice myself and give it a foster home (that is, I'm calling first dibs on it).

As for the rapier itself, it isn't a bad piece of weapon. High ADB and accuracy, Parry slightly above average, low STR PAB but good DEX.

Sorry for the double post, but I considered it's better if I ask in a separate post:

Why after scanning them without Imperil, some monsters still remain in red?

they may have been hit by your spike shield. elemental debuffs also falsify the resistances

Hey, I'm going to offer weapons that are already advanced in their respective IW, because I just got better weapons in the Shirne, and now that I can quickly advance on Nintendo difficulty in the IW, it doesn't bother me to sell them or exchange them for material.

I make the announcement in the WTS, they will not bother because there are few weapons that I will offer? Also if some want, I have several Magnificent pieces out there to offer, only that I have to check the value of some.

*At the moment I can not pass the link of the respective weapons, because I am doing for the first time the challenge of Dance whit Dragons.

You can either:

- Price Check them in the respective thread.
- If they are decent enough, post them in decondelite's WTB shop. He has a guideline of what he's looking for in the first post of the thread and if you follow that criteria, he can make you an offer if he's interested, recommend you to auctions or just tell you to bazaar it.

what's the fastest way i can start pfudor'ing arena challenges?

does anyone know what the most powerful build(s) are? it's been like 2 years since the last patch, surely that would be more than enough time to come to a general consensus on the topic?

One Handed (1H) Heavy Armor (check EH Wiki) build is considered the easiest to handle that challenge. At least for survivability.

My case:

- 1H build with rapier: started considering PFUDORing Dance with Dragons (DwD) after getting a Legendary Fiery Rapier of Slaughter from an Arena challenge. IW 10ed it and forged it as far as I could, focusing particulary on Parry and DEX, as those are fairly cheap to upgrade and very useful.
- Rest of equipment, least quality Exquisite and quite a few Magnificent levels, bough from auctions and or decondelite's shop. Force Shield and Power Armor (whatever I could get, not that you can be choosy, but Protection and Warding armors are easier to survive than Slaughter).
- Level 315ish, I think.
- Developed relevant abilites up to the level, including all the Generals, 1Handed, Heavy Armor, Imperil, Weakness (Faster and Better in both), Regen, Stronger Spirit, Protection, SoL (Spark of Life), Cure, Full Cure.
- Hath Perks: Innate Arcana (IA) level 1, at least. Spark of Life attached to it: this point is very important to avoid wasting turns recasting it when hit.
- Train Pack Rat at least 4 to have: 3 slots for draughts, 3 slots for potions, 3 slots for elixirs. Keep a suitable supply of them, never go without 200 of each to PFUDOR DwD.
- You can also get Featherweight Shards (they are cheap, at around 90 credits each from other players). Slap 2 at least on each of your equipment.

Playing it:

- Imperil and Weakness are VERY important to spam if you lack proper armor (forged and IWed). You lack prolly. I lack it.
- Keep SoL on IA and always keep buffed Spirit Shield, Protection, Regen and Heartseeker.
- Keep the 3 draughts always on. You don't want surprises like running out of magic, spirit or health.
- Use keyboard and/or Monsterbation with Hover option and the tick to stop hovering if under a specific health level.
- ALWAYS KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR HEALTH. Try to avoid it getting lower than half or so, and always Cure at red level.
- Use potions as needed, especially mana.
- If using keyboard, NEVER EVER EVER KEEP THE KEY PUSHED, allowing you to keep attacking. If you get a critical, you won't be able to stop in time to Cure, so you'll die. Hit fast if you want, but always keep an eye to avoid lagging.

The sequence would be:

- Bukkake weaken all around, until at most 1/3rd of the monster are left without it (if you can weaken all, better). I usually make a point of weakening the School Girls (SGs, in pink/purple/whatever colour). You can forgo this when no SGs are around, and you could risk it with 1 SG only, but 2 and 3 SGs will require it.
- Imperil all around, spread it too. Always Imperil the SG.
- Stabstabstabstab the SG until she dies.
- Counters will kill or reduce the other monsters' HP too.
- Cleanup after no SGs are around. Focus on non Imperiled monsters first.

I've found the dragons easy. I just keep stabstabstab until they die after slamming Imperil on them (Weakness is good too, but never gotten to dangerous levels).

Anyway, main advice at our level, if you want to PFUDOR or go for higher difficulties, being careful is the Golden Rule. Of course, it always depends on your gears and build.

What is you guys playing routine? I'm just doing the arena missions whenever I feel like it. I noticed the higher level ones have like 100+ rounds, doesn't that take ages to complete? I'm only 78 now but doing bunch of the arena does take a while.
Right now I jut use the health and mana draughts and defend+protection skills and cure when I'm really low, then just click down the enemies. Is that the "correct" way to play or is there something else I should do?
