Phazons are only required for Phase gear, not for cotton.

play more, it's normal for low level player to have low revenue.
things on bazaar are technically trash people throw away, you could forget about looking for equipment from there (not to mention you might unable to equip them due to the equipment level).
there are some free stuff on the WTS threads, even free credits.

only rare tier equip need rare material to upgrade, prefix and suffix doesn't matter.

You will have to make do with whatever equipment drop for you for a few levels. Just play on the highest difficulty you can manage.
Once you are higher levelled you can request for gear from the free shops in WTS section.

Also clear all the arenas you can, they have a nice bonus credit reward for clearing them the first time.

Echo'ing what the others said but you should scan the WTS shops and check out each one that has free sections and see if you meet their conditions to obtain items (But do not sell them away!!!) there's a couple that provide average quality "rare" equips such as force shields/shade/power armors that are unassigned which you can use which should be better than anything you can find in the bazaar. Ideally if you just grab an Average Rapier of the Slaughter you should be set for about the first 50 levels.

what kind of monster is the greatest threat to one-hand warrior and why ?

and is there some tactics to cover it ?

Ehm, there no single monster that is a threat to a 1H player. They all are at 700+. Well, of course some a bit more as others, but that mostly depent on your mitigations. PM, MM, Elemental and the Melee Elemental. So all i can suggest is get your mitigations together with your parry and block as high as possible. Also even when most of the time it is actually better you play without them, haste and shadow veil can keep you alive that deep in a PFest. Or what you also could do is cover your armor in a rainbow of infusions and clear the Fest befor they wear off. Except that, all you can do is hope that you dont get hit by multiple crit in a row. Btw seen your level of 339 now, i would suggest dont start with a PFest, try a Hellfest and work your way up to PFUDOR, because a PFest is the hardest challenge in this game.

What do you feel is the best to train? I already maxed Adept Learner with some levels in item drop rates. Is there anything I should focus on or avoid entirely?

and i saw i have 0 elec and void Mitigation feel very bad with this

Well, for the drop training i have one imo very important advice. Only train them when they cost a sum you can easy obtain, otherwhise it could feel like you wasted your credits, because especially the last levels take a while to pay off. So allways see them as a long therm investment, not as a fast way to get rich. But in the end they all pay off, so imo they are all worth it.

Hm, let me take a look. Well, i would in general your mitigation do look okay for your level, but i have to admit, i never tried a full Fest at your level, so i cant tell for sure. Sorry. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/blush.gif) So, what i could tell you is how i did it. I allways did take a closer look at what killed me. So when a monster did kill me with magical attacks, i did forge some MM, when it was a physical attack i did forge PM.

Yeah, those 0% elec mitigation could be a problem. Such a critical attack hurt and in your case one that is also elec would really hurt. But hey, look at it this way, your fire and holy does look good. Just ignore void. Because...

... there is just no way to fix that. All you can do is look at what sort of attack it was. Against that element you cant do anything.

Possibly consider Scholar of War if you plan to shifting more to scroll usage instead of casting supportive spells.

Indeed he ONLY reason to Archeologist to earn more Precursors per day. I have my Archeologist stat to 5 and I get on average 3-6 Percursors per day.

However it took an initial investment of 1.1 million to get it to 5, although by selling Precursors and EDs I earned all of that back and then some.

Phazons are only required for Phase gear, not for cotton.

The Ethereal Mace has higher damage, a tiny bit higher crit chance, higher accuracy (if you care about something) and has higher or equal PAB. Seems obvious to me.
