I'm kinda confused by the description of the golden lottery ticket.

If i max out my tickets at 20k, does it still double it?

Or does the max always cap at 20k?

afaik it will double whatever you have up to 10% of total purchased ticket.
if you bought 20k, it will double your effective ticket at the drawing up to 40k as long as the total purchased ticket is 400.000+, if there's less than 200.000 ticket purchased then it won't increase anything.

Finish, I did not get anything good except for the credits and some trophies, I hope that I do better on the next lap tomorrow.

don't expect much, most people do those SG arena daily and got nothing special for months.

Well I think I'm lucky, because everything armor I have equipped comes from the Arena, the only bad thing is that I have never obtained a good 2-handed weapon in the arena, strangely I have only appeared in the grindfest.

Today I won 400,000 Credits, selling all the Superior equipment I had left behind, and throwing off the last challenge of the blood ring, I have to say that I liked it a lot; and surely it is more entertaining and less boring than the challenge of the Arena with the 125 battles, and I also got better prizes in some way.

I'll do it again, but until I have a Mace with greater attack, because with the one I bring now it takes a long time to defeat the last monster of the list of that challenge.

Do you use Imperil? It helps to soften the monsters.


Still, something that was brought to my attention on the last 2 pages was the fact that drops don't depend on the Power Level (or your own level, or whatever) of the monsters, but rather, on the difficulty level you have set for play.

I mean, I was aware that playing on higher difficulty levels (right now I'm at Hell, and Nightmare is still a bit uncomfortable) increased the chances of rare loots.

My point: then how should I do to progress? I mean, what do I need to play on higher difficulty levels?

- Higher Level: does that really work? Aren't monsters harder too?
- Gears: how do I get them? Accumulate credits and spends millions on proper armours? Someone hinted that I might have to upgrade them and that means a lot of money if we are talking about Power. That, of course, if I find a proper one and I can afford it. Right now my armours are at Exquisite/Magnificent levels, so I'd have to aim for Legendary, I guess.

Well, what's the exact procedure? Right now I'm pretty much stuck at Hell and my guess is that I'm stuck here for a long time.

In fact you can get legendary weaponry the other way, the hardest one there is; Sacrificing in the shrine an asort coin, I sacrifice 9 coins and I got 3 pieces of magnificent equipment and one legendary.

So it was that I got a legendary weapon of level 100 that lacks 1 PABS, and messages further back I read that that is no longer possible, because all legendary weapons should bring the 4, but the one I have stored does not bring it. (Or perhaps misunderstand what they wrote messages further back?)

you could say anything, formulate anything, try anything, and play however you wish, but everything boil down to survivability, and 1h is literally the best on survivability.
you may find it's slow, it's boring, it's not fun. but that's the price you have to pay if you wants the easiest and cheapest way to clear the highest difficulty.

Millions of credits? proper armour? legendaries? pffftt...
I clear PFDWD using lvl 5 forged exquisite weapon, a kite shield and various unforged stupidly cheap trash gears at lvl 305.
yes they are pre 0.82, yes I soulforge them, yes I keep them, and fyi I use them until roughly lvl 350.

only light armor could get 4 PAB (6 if it's arcanist), the other only 3 (2 for staff)

Then just start pumping those difficulty up little by little.
leveling up do help more for low level as it open up access to higher level of abilities and extra bonus from more proficiencies.

Depends on your goal.

Do you want to become Filthy Rich as fast as possible? -> don't feed them crystals, only when morale is low and you don't have happy pills. Go for more than 2 monster slots as soon as possible. An army of low level (25-50) monsters is much more income per month than 2 monsters of level 300.

Dou you want to show off your Incredibly Funny Monster Names? -> feed the funniest one all the crystals you have. Buy crystal packs! Get them to level 1000, so I can encounter them. Note: this is only useful in case of truly funny monster names. Do not try this with unfunny monster names!

Well, that may true atm, but will change later on, but it is not the best idea to actually level up your monster if you atm prefer to get LG Materials, because the more you level them up, the lower will the chance get for them to bring you LG Materials. I would any way suggest to create more monster, only two at your level? Well that tells me you either pile those chaos token up, or you spend them on those two monster which is really not the best strategy you know? And even when you cant actually do anything so that they would bring you some DMM, more monster have of course a higher chance to actually bring you DMM. So monsterlab is mostly a numbers game won by quantity not quality.

Just for the information: obtaining an army of monsters for their loots requires tokens more than crystals.
If I do recommend to get Tokenizer III ASAP, there is a good reason for that.

No, it is actually the other way around, for you to meet them, you actually need the level them up even more. Monster PL and Player Level are not equal. I mean who the hell would in that case ever encounter PL 2250 monster? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

I used to meet my own monsters too... when I was still lvl100. But as of today, I'd need thousands of crystal packs to raise them to PL1500 or so to hope seeing them again. So i've settled with upgrading them only to restore the morale. Though I'll soon have to speeed up the upgrading of low PL monsters only because I need to unlock their slots of Scavenger. I'll end up setting to PL250 or so straight away...
All this to tell you that you can pretty much give up seeing them again until you start being flithy rich.
