You may try script HV Utils or Scremaz's excel sheet

afaik equip type depend on equip type you choose (when shrining & trigger the reward mechanism)

and i believe the chance to get a rare piece of armour still depends on the trophy

It is not a trophy. So there is no tier. Figurines are to collect to get the OFC. 21 different figurines = OFC.

Yes, you can mix Cotton and Phase armour. Both are Cloth armour (Character - Abilities - Cloth Armour).

You need to reach sufficient proficiency. That's why you need an Elementalist cotton. And getting the Elementalist Hath perk gives you 10% more - which is very handy. Read all about it in the wiki
