I suffer a lot doing IW in IWBTH and don't have patience to do it on lower levels dificult. I Died 2 times doing my weapon and it was soulfused.

I see, well because i cant see any big flaw you have in your playstyle, i mean DW with power armor is at least unusual, but you did everything to let it work, so all i can say is forge or upgrade your equipment and that will get better. So the only thing i could now think off is, maybe you just do at least your weapon on a lower difficulty and with that fully iwed weapon it could be easier. No wait, one thing i forgot to check, i never used it myself, so dont blame me. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/blush.gif) Yup, so you could still use SoL, maybe this will help you until you are stronger. And when those two deaths during IW were just lucky hits by the monster it should.

So?
you wants to play high difficulty easily?
simple, choose one between two, play 1h or heavily upgrade your equipment.

Finally started IW'ing this Legendary Radiant Phase Robe of Freyr, and got capacitor (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

I don't care too much about min-max on this one, but capacitor does feel almost like a waste of a potency. Should I reforge?

Well, does it almost feel like a waste, or does it actual feel like a waste? Because when it actual feel like a waste, you should reforge. I mean i would reforge, but hey, i did reforge a single item more than 300 times, so maybe i am not the best to give IW advice, but the potencies should give you an advantace, and cap just doesnt do that imo at all. I mean when even mages do feel like that about it, it has to be true, so would you really want that piece to end like this one? https://hentaiverse.org/equip/166231016/c957ddc7c5 (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

Is it worth staying above 80 stamina so I can get xp bonus on my random encounters or does it just not make much of a difference in the long run?

Sometimes I put off my arenas or IW just to stay above 80 stamina and lately I've been thinking that might be a msitake.

Thanks! Yeah, that piece will probably be used for a while before I replace it, so will reforge, thanks! I'd settle for jug4 even as I don't think the difference between a standard element mitigation and 2% hp is that much, but lvls in cap just too useless (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

It depends on how much time you have on your hands to clear all arenas.
In any case, you may get +100% XP when beyond 80 stamina, but when below you lose stamina twice slower, so the XP gained per stamina is exactly the same in all cases, except that when below 80 you're able to play twice more for the same amount of stamina.

The bonus when above 80 is mostly for low level players who simply cannot spend their daily 24 stamina.

A normal physical/magical attack can be Evade/Parry/Resist, or Block (player only),
but,
Does a Critical physical/magical attack still can be Evade/Parry/Resist?

Actually, I more care about,
if my physical attack Crit, the monster(s) can still Parry or not,
and,
if my magical attack Crit, the monster(s) can still Resist or not?

Thank you~ (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

---

edit1:
>Shockblast blasts Alter for 9077 elec damage (50% resisted)
OK, monster can still Resist the critical magical attack, (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

but how about the physical attack?

---

edit2:
In my opinion,
"Monster can still Parry the critical physical attack or not" maybe hard to prove,
because of:

if monster can NOT Parry the Crit,
we will see that in log-
1. Player Hits monster - no Crit & no Parry
2. Player Crit monster - yes Crit & no Parry
3. Monster Parries - no Crit & yes Parry
4. Player Crit monster - yes Crit & "fake yes" Parry

if monster can Parry the Crit,
we will still see that in log-
1. Player Hits monster - no Crit & no Parry
2. Player Crit monster - yes Crit & no Parry
3. Monster Parries - no Crit & yes Parry
4. Monster Parries - yes Crit & yes Parry

different with the magical,
>Shockblast blasts Alter for 9077 elec damage (50% resisted)
it is easy to know here "yes Crit & yes Resist", I crit and monster resist.
so it is easy to prove.

but when Monster Parries,
I don't know I am Crit or not, only see a "Monster Parries".

I think maybe it need to make the Crit chance to 100% to make sure "yes Crit",
if the Crit chance is 100%, and it is still Parry, then we prove "monster can Parry the Crit"

or it maybe need a large data to prove,

if monster can NOT Parry the Crit,
the "ture ture Crit chance" in the battle log will only depend on player's Crit chance on Statistics;

if monster can Parry the Crit,
the "ture ture Crit chance" in the battle log will both depend on player's stat and monster's stat,
due to it need to Crit success first - it depend on player's stat, such as 45% on Statistics? whatever...
and need the monster Parry failed - maybe the monster's Parry Chance is 56%? whatever...
so the "ture ture Crit chance" will be like that:
45%*(1-56%)
it means the "ture ture Crit chance" will much lower than player's Crit chance on Statistics...

Sadly, I have no data. Just some chaotic guess in my head. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

At your level I was rushing to level up. Keeping stamina above 80 is good for me. Doing last 6 arena every day gave me better XP than doing all the arenas. If it doesn't make sense at the first glance, I mean it in the long term.

Bad idea, unless you a) won't lose OFC without those ponies (meaning doubles) and b) can't/don't want to sell them.

Well, a figurine you could sell for ~20k for sure, when you shrine them, maybe all you get are HG Leather and Bindings people allready bazaar for a few credits because no one does by them. Does this feel like it is worth it? Okay, you also could get HGC and BoS or so, but how often does that actually happen? So would not suggest to do it.

QUOTE(3534 @ May 13 2019, 08:51) *

Hm, well i would say when the attack is parried it doesnt hit, so it doesnt matter if that attack would be a crit and i have never heard anything about higher crit chance would as work sort of counter parry. And because counter parry is actuall important to some people if there would be something about it i would have read something about that been true. But i didnt.

My view: market for selling is too small, too long time waiting for a buyer. I shrine all doubles.

My view: doing so is a terrible mistake, since all it gives are High-Grade or Bindings. All High-Grades are worth less than a figurine, and the probability to get BoS or BoD is too little.

But when it comes to sell figurines, usually players will be looking for the purchase of an entire set at once, or to trade a moderately big amount for another. So overall, if you've only got a few spares, better keep them before you can actually sell.

No, spend fragments are gone and the item is soulfused forever, even if you salvage it and even if you would rebuy that item from the bazaar, it would still be soulfused.

Well, you could try that, but dont expect the chances for a good weapon to be high.

At your level, there is not so much available. But gear to get started is not expensive. Just don't go for the best stuff. decondelite's auction is a good place to start.

If a rapier is too expensive, start with a shortsword. If power of slaughter is too expensive: a mix ofpower of warding+protection is far better at your level.

+1. Also, even a couple of shielding armor may be good as an interim measure to help you use a higher difficulty while you level up to a point where power armor is easier to find.
