Ehm, mumble mumble connection, serve something mumble. In the end it does not matter, all you need to know, for some people alt is faster and sometimes when normal gets slower because of something, alt works fine, just when the game is down, alt does not help, because it runs on the same server. Funfact, wiki did again completly disapoint me, alt.hentaiverse doesnt even exist in it. I am old, i cant remember such details about how alt actually works any longer. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif) Normal uses cloudflare, alt doesn't, both are the same backend server. Often if normal is running poorly for you alt may run better (also, alt is not https, fwiw)

What is the optimal way of levelling primary attributes for a 1h/shield/heavy user? (IMG:[ i.gyazo.com] https://i.gyazo.com/0ae0703f555fd9f5156ae78ee405464b.png) Intelligence has no use for a melee build right? Thanks for bearing with me and for all the help.

QUOTE(Firew @ Apr 26 2019, 03:15) edit: oh wait, someone else owns it now? I didn't know shop items could be bought by other people. Well, I still am curious on if I should have bought it or not
When you open bazaar, you don't browse. You know what you want, you examine the roll quickly, you then buy them as swiftly as the wind. That's really nice longsword you missed, 99% adb. It's good until 2H no longer viable, level 300-350, depend on your play style and difficulty. Due to game current meta, it won't worth much: in 100k-200k range maybe (I'm shit at at guessing price). 17k, in comparison, is bargain. QUOTE(Firew @ Apr 26 2019, 03:31) Reading how the bazaar works, someone must have sold that in the first place. wow.
If there's low level good stuff on bazaar, the dumper most likely clueless about it. If there's high level stuff on bazaar (up to level 450), it's most likely accidental dump. If it's level 500, it usually not exceptional enough to keep around. Check the bazaar picked gauntlet on my signature, it worths a nice sum of credit if got sold in auction. 1m+ I think. Thanks whoever careless enough to dump it (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) This post has been edited by feathered: Apr 26 2019, 06:34

I would like to try mage after reach lv310. I do not desire to be stronger but just for fun. So maybe I should prepare for fiery or arctic. What's the most cheapest(or efficient) way to play? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

My guess is cheapest mage would be fire. QUOTE(nek @ Apr 26 2019, 09:17) i have negative stat on this [ alt.hentaiverse.org] http://alt.hentaiverse.org/equip/178671372/b378f64884is it normal ? That -1%? Could be an rounding error, or the equipment ranges are still not up to date.

QUOTE(Noeleo @ Apr 26 2019, 09:42) Can someone guide me what I should do with this?
Sure. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif) QUOTE(Noeleo @ Apr 26 2019, 09:42) To be honest, I have no idea what am I doing.
From your set i guess you want suggestions how to play better as 1H. If i am wrong please tell, but as long, i will tell you what i think. QUOTE(Noeleo @ Apr 26 2019, 09:42) Int down to lets 50, just for a few cheap spirit points. Agi also down quite a bit. And with the free points i would personally Dex 10 points above Str 10 points above End and End around 30 points above End. As main weapon i would suggest a Rapier of Slaughter, as shield a force shield, but because your buckler is of barrier make sure it has actually a better block as your shield right now. As armor i really suggest to switch to power/plate armor, but just do that with a complete set, because otherwhise you would loose any ability bonus you would otherwhise get. QUOTE(Noeleo @ Apr 26 2019, 09:42) Also, how to determine if an equipment is good or bad? What should I look at to know?
Well, you could use the script Live Percentile Ranges. With that it is quite easy to see that a force shield with 90% is better as one with 40%. And it is also important to just look at the important stats and ignore the other. So for a shield it is of course block, that is the most important you actually should look at, there other thing would be that it is SDE (with Str Dex and End) and not a SDA (with Agi instead of End). For power amor i would say the most important stat is damage, but at your level i would suggest a defensive build made of three pieces of protection and two of warding. Slaughter much later, when you are allready strong enough that you can play arena without been in danger to get killed. And as second the defensive stat, so for a power armor of protection that means physical mitigation. For a weapon the two important stats are damage and parry in that order. Except of course you would play DW and you want a of nimble weapon as off hand in that case i would say parry is more important as damage. Does this answer your question? QUOTE(mangafans1 @ Apr 26 2019, 12:44) hi the Experts
Hi. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif) QUOTE(mangafans1 @ Apr 26 2019, 12:44) what kind of mage use this Curse-weaver type staff and what kind of play style ?
Afaik no mage style does actually use curse weaver staffs. This post has been edited by Uncle Stu: Apr 26 2019, 13:44

What's the most cheapest(or efficient) way to play? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) 'Cheapest' would be fire but the real costs for entry-level mages is forging, which is the same for any element, and really really expensive. Expect to drop 20-30mil to be be able to play reasonably well. QUOTE(mangafans1 @ Apr 26 2019, 11:44) what kind of mage use this Curse-weaver type staff and what kind of play style ? None. Curse-weaver increases deprecating proficiency, so better debuffs, but not good enough to even remotely compare to an elemental-type damage increase

QUOTE(Uncle Stu @ Apr 26 2019, 19:43) Does this answer your question? Thank you very much (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) I'll try this and get the feeling of it. QUOTE(Uncle Stu @ Apr 26 2019, 19:43) Int down to lets 50 Does this mean I have to reduce Int from 300 down to 50? That'll take quite some time since there's a limit of 10 points per day iirc.

Well I'd say just don't invest in INT from now on and you should be good. In the long run, (exp to level up from 1 to 300) = (exp to level up from 410 to 411) so you don't have to worry too much about it I'd say.
Some even just recommend 1:1:1:1:1:1.
