Question: How reliable are equipment ranges? I ask because I am looking at a peerless piece and using the live percentile ranges script, which uses the equipment ranges in wiki, it claims the piece is not 100% on all stats. Ranging from 70% or -47% and even +200%

It's usually very reliable. Can you post the equip link? Sometimes some stats have 99% 101%, but I've never seen anything that's off by that much, unless it's something obsolete.

I still new to this game. There are so much things to learn.
I've found many people said Level 310 is the real beginning of this game.
Why?

310 is when imperil cooldown goes away, so you can play mage after lv310. Otherwise, it doesn't really have much meaning.

I just checked weapons lottery and saw a buckler with a legendary block, it seems these peerless are outdated, that's my only guess.

Both of them are obsolete items, i.e. pre-0.82, so the current ranges don't apply.

FYI:

Check the equipment id - higher ids are newer. From the previous topic, the cutoff point for 0.82 is somewhere between 67141596 and 67181322.

magic score is magic_dmg * critmod except it does not take hath perk (daemon duality) into account.

Ah, no wonder I can't find it right away, the term I must first look is magic damage.

For PF IW I think you need at least 60m credits to run "comfortably," but I'm open to other opinions.

20k magic score, 0.7 prof factor, 55%+ evade chance. Assuming p5s4, full charged, and using imperil.

The red status is spirit, used for spirit stance and spirit shield.

Your health bar changes colors from what level it is at IIRC.

Dark green health bar: spark of life active
Light green health bar: spark of life not active

Block and parry. Ever monster that attacks you has a high chance of getting blocked. That gives you spirit points.

To correct this: You gain Overcharge from Blocking, no spirit points.
(Well you could say due to block, you get hit less often and thus save spirit points by Spirit Shield/Spark of Life not activating, but that's a little far-fetched.)
