Is block chance around 10% useless? I guess the monsters have enough Precision stat that can decrease the block chance to zero.

Seems the chance cannot be reduced to zero according to ehwiki. Still I wonder whether block chance around 10% is useful.

So, I've been doing the arena matches for some time now, but I've found that I can't clear out everything due to my schedule.

I always clear the first five arenas since their so easy and quick, but I do sometimes focus on just the final three arena levels, though they take significantly longer due to my rapier being somewhat negated against some of the school girls.

Which arenas should I prioritize for the day?

10% is not useless, but pointless. You'd rather buff up other stat. I can't imagine a play style that is 10% block is good. If you're playing DW or 2H with shielding plates, you missed up buffing up damage.

I do last 6. It's the most rewarding if I have 2 hours.
(I envy the mage's clearing speed)

On priority,
last arena is the highest, always play at PF.
80-rounder is second, same difficulty.

DWD, 80 round, 100 round, then (iirc - may be some slightly more efficient ones, but this generally applies) the rest descending from most to least rounds

That rule is true if one wants to have the best XP/time spent ration. Otherwise, if it's all about drops, then it's last arena to first.

Thanks. I use niten style with heavy armor and I have two shielding armor (one is power armor). They're not good ones but other armors I have are no better, so I want to have a try.

Which HV script is working other than Monsterbation? I'm trying out Live Percentile Range script, but all it does is show "No data available for this equip type" at the bottom of the equipment link. Am I doing something wrong? Or is it just not working at this time?

Also, which other script would you all suggest to use for HV?

Having your MP go up (instead of down) every turn despite having all IA slot active (5 infinite buffs), is a very good HV combat benefit.
Without GS or RR (both is better), you don't get that

Is RR considered a standard pick among perks or is it a "luxury" choice? I could get it now and compared to the others I could get for 500 hath RR seems like it would help combat the most. More than 10 soul fragments per day at least.

I already have VV, IA IV, +50% exp bonus and Crystarium I plus other minor perks. As a 1H/Heavy player I doubt I should go for 10% base mana, right? Otherwise I'll just save up for the more expensive perks.

Not really.
But for 1h it basically means that if you get a couple of MP gems (a couple aka 2 literally), you can do a full 100 rounds IW without using a single Mana Draught.
Not a good investment for money itself, but a good investment for clicking less (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Spell cost and Draught/Potion recovery are based on your base mana, so adding a 10% on that will change nothing (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Does 3+2 1.0 holy mage outperform 4+1 0.9 holy mage except for SG arena? It seems a lot of proficiency factors are wasted for 3+2....
