This was our first experience with the time-based system. Everyone's aware of it now, so to help people get used to it, for this auction I'm going to send items with double the discount and 1/4th the fees.
(be courteous to other bidders by bidding before the last few hours, and you'll qualify for the discounts)
Just to make it clear, as said in the discussion thread: the sellers gain all the fee revenue, and I pay for the discounts myself (seller gets full list price).
