I have calculated the forging cost at 1,361,400 (using Bindings of Slaughter @50k and Repurposed Actuator @20k, the rest is insignificant) and am valuing the 2-potency Item World at 1,300,000 for Jug5+Any5 (this may be a gross miscalculation by today's standards, I recommend you check other IW services, but if you have a requirement on what the second potency is then the Item World could exceed 4m).

This price may be too high so feel free to make offers. I will likely send to auction within a few weeks with a much lower opening price.
