You can always donate real money. That's how most people get a lot. Me, not so much, but I'm glad I have Penny Pincher.

QUOTE(Actraiser @ Aug 27 2009, 18:28) i have no clue how some people do it, but i have seen screenshots with 40k+ credits.
Consider that those of us high in levels have arena challenges that give out more than that, 40k really isn't that high of a number. I just completed 3 new arena challenges today and earned over 300k... too bad it'll be burned in no time.

sadly the person I was using as an example is lvl 23. I understand how you high lvl folks make so much, my comment was directed in a general sense to all those that have gobs of $$ like that.

Those people who grindfest really far can sell all the little items they earned and make some decent scratch with that. It's not the most efficient way of making C, but it works.

yeah, that is my primary source of cash. I sell all potions and droughts of average and below quality, and any scrolls or other items I know I will never use. It gets me quick cash for the arena at least. I can't see getting a shit-ton that way unless you are one frugal Scrooge lookin' SOB and save up for a couple months.
*shrug* oh well...back to the grind then

I just got to Round 100 of Cakegrind before stopping. 11 Credits multiplied by about 100 matches is about 1100 Credits, not including drops, which include a massive amount of Crudes and Lessers of all forms, an Infusion, a few scrolls, and a 500 some Plate Cuirass. Not to mention EXP and proficiency gains, and that no items were used. In short, Cakegrind for money. It works.

Ummm, with the new changes, doing the arena second time shouldn't really give any significant cred awards...? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

But it does give you a guaranteed item, with luck training and stuff. If you're lucky, you can sell it for a lot of C.

That, and Equipment drop rates went up in the Arena, especially in the lower ones. That's really the only incentive to do them again though. Free items.

Well, my question is kinda related with how to make money thing (just kinda eh? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)) so I'll post it here. In hath exchange section, if you place a bid and later someone else places a higher bid and wins it or whatever, will you loose the credits you bid? That's why I never bid lol (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

I had about 70K around level 30 and done that mainly uploading galleries (and converting GPs, of course). BTW selling items from cakefest is probably a good way too.

I wonder which is the challenge level that gives you the most credits per experience point. I've tried doing two 5-round grindfests (a total of 10 rounds) for each of the following levels: cake, easy, normal and hard. Cake: 40.49 EXP, 44 C, 1.09 C/EXP Easy: 76.56 EXP, 96 C, 1.25 C/EXP Normal: 85.76 EXP, 160 C, 1.87 C/EXP Hard: 126.78 EXP, 152 C, 1.20 C/EXP Is it true that normal gives the best ratio?

The Game is deliberately designed to pretty much nullify Farming as a money-maker. While Infusions and sold Armors/Weapons do give you some virtual dinero, it isn't nearly enough to buy what you need to buy (Training, Equipment, extra Ability Points, et al.) in order to progress very far in the hentai Verse. If you're gonna stick with this game for the Long Haul, you're gonna have to participate in the various programs elsewhere around the Site -some of which only ask you to run a simple program, some which require the temporary purchase of Server slots (with Real Money)......and some bonuses that even ask for things like Donations (again, with Real Money).

QUOTE I wonder which is the challenge level that gives you the most credits per experience point. I've tried doing two 5-round grindfests (a total of 10 rounds) for each of the following levels: cake, easy, normal and hard. Too little data to actually make any use. Cake allows you to go further, and for every round you have better chances for your drop to be good (max at 50+). Not to mention, more enemies slain = more credits taken for their cold bodies and more chances to get an item = more things to sell. (Well, to get real profit out of it you would have to find a lot of good stuff, but still...) Oh, and there is an option to download an existing gallery without a torrent, make the torrent out of it and keep seeding. And if you are really lucky, you can live off selling rare items, but Infusions of 200 credit are the best. This post has been edited by hen_Z: Oct 2 2009, 20:57

Yeah, I do participate in the H@h program. However, I plan on using my hath points to buy some hath perks (such as Penny Pincher, of course) instead of selling them. I also want to maximize the amount of credits gained through fighting spawns, even though the monies don't pile up fast at all. I find grinding on cake too boring and slow, whereas the difficulty in normal is such that I don't last more than a few rounds. Sometimes I combine a few rounds on normal with cake for regaining any lost health or magic points, but I wonder if I'd get more money by using other strategies, This post has been edited by midoriyama: Oct 2 2009, 22:55

You can be very efficient using a ether theft staff even early on, in general you can cake forever without using items. but yeah, its slow and boring.
After getting some nicer equipment normal will yield higher profits, even using godly potions. on 9 godly potions I can go 75-80 rounds of normal grind with a 2h weapon, 100+ with 1h + shield. getting past 50 in normal starts to yield expensive elixirs in addition to the usual infusions, as well as restocking + the potions you used. and 2h weapons with good bleed will clear faster, so i 2h for exp and 1h+shield for items.

If you're new to the site like me, I personally think its better to invest in training scavenger and luck of the draw instead of looking at Hath Perks. More drops while doing cake grindfest (80% of my playing time goes to cake or easy grindfest so might as well maximize the gains from it). I've come to the conclusion that I should just focus on gaining levels / proficiency and hoping that money making will be easier when i reach a higher level.
