No, no, no. Don't place your router in bridged mode just to jump into a single NAT from the double NAT. It will allow everyone under this ISP NAT to directly access all your home computers: everything even phones, without a firewall pass. And those things (e.g. phones or MS windows desktops) have too many issues to run outside of a firewall.
I don't think this is carrier NAT, but if it is, H@H will never be able to work. As long as everything connects through the second router, setting the ISP router to bridge mode should be just fine. Otherwise, of course, it's not recommended.
