Whenever one or the other gives up. They should bid promptly once both are online and ready. Eventually someone will be unwilling to continue, so unless someone intentionally delays, there shouldn't be a need to center the auction around one arbitrary end time.

(You still do not want to participate, correct?)

I guess, just in case, I can add a timer of a day and a half from now (if no one wants a different time), though hopefully it won't be necessary.

This will be a lot of fun when another peerless dropped next week.

brief summary: thread was derailing, so a bit of trimming was needed. the only things left were those relevant for auction's purpose. decision about auction ending will come from superlatanium.

i hope the parts involved will solve their personal matters in private, btw.

This whole thing started from morineko basically saying he wanted to fight for it. If personal issues were going to prevent him from accepting the item he won, he should have said so in the first place so we didn't have to go through all this trouble debating and organizing. Nothing personal.

Without morineko, I consider Amiya to have won with his start bid of 280m.
