QUOTE Maybe it has something to do with the FF version? I think I remember that my ordinary buttons used to look like that. Hmm, the Firefox theme, you think? I have Firefox 45, 52 and 55 - all portable - and in every version buttons looks like I posted above. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) I am not that proficient with Firefox and cannot say why his buttons are looking different from "default" one, but they remind me good classic Win98 for sure (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

I think it is either Windows theme itself (can Firefox inherit Window's theme, like Aero, at first place?); Or it is Firefox theme/addon - something like this. But can't be sure (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) My Win7 is under formating (for two days already, I am lazy), so right now I am on REAL XP. So cool and oldschool (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) This post has been edited by f4tal: Oct 14 2017, 19:05

Yeah. XP is good, but lots of new software don't want to work properly under it, so I am using Win7 with staying XP on separate disk (not virtual machine - real OS). I don't think both 8.1 and 10 are crap in pure sense, they just "too odd" for me. Maybe because I am not get used to it? Whenever I am using 10 (on wife's notebook) or 8.1 (on work) - I am like entering in total different dimension... a dimension not only of sight and sound, but of mind (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

personally i think 8 (and 8.1) weren't fully understood. they were biased by the first no-menu impact. but i used it for quite a while and it wasn't too bad. 10 is a bit more complicated to use in comparison, imo. when you're already accostumed with 8 you need only a little bit more effort to use 10, but starting with 10 from scratch, heh...

Tank you! The code you posted resolved the issue. About Win7, no I don't use Aero theme and yes I use the Windows classic theme. It's a good guess that this can be the cause (I'll try to change it and report soon)! Glad to see I'm not the only one "old school" here..... I too was forced to abandon XP for the compatibility issues and I decided to maintain the look at least. I don't have much to complain about W7, but I fear when I'll be forced again to migrate toward a "tablet-like" OS on my PC. (I still have scars from the transition from DOS 6.2 to Windows.......) -------update I changed the theme and, even if my buttons now have fabolous rounded angles and a spectacular gradient of colour (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) , without your code, the size remains too wide.... now switching quickly back to my old sytle.... Good (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) QUOTE(balengooo @ Oct 14 2017, 21:41) I changed the theme and, even if my buttons now have fabolous rounded angles and a spectacular gradient of colour (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) , without your code, the size remains too wide.... now switching quickly back to my old sytle.... (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) I see. No problem - just use code I gave you and everything will be alright - it is just a graphic difference and should not mess with script itself (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) This post has been edited by f4tal: Oct 14 2017, 20:55

Hi.
Could toolbox have an option to ask for a confirmation before spending a golden lottery ticket? I'm hating myself right now because I've done a very dumb thing on a very useless lottery.
Thanks.

Hi (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Hmm, sure, why not? Speaking of which, what other "lottery"-helpers might be useful? Since I am not playing lotteries at all (did them only twice for all those years), I don't really know what features might be useful for players (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

Calculating an approximate (because you don't know who else spent a golden lottery ticket) percentage of winning each prize would be cool I guess. As well as a global percentage to win anything at all. That's all I can think of for now.

Been using MS OS since DOS6.2, and I use W10 currently. It's fine. It does what an OS is supposed to do, and doesn't really get in the way for me. This post has been edited by Cryosite: Oct 16 2017, 03:49

Just a tiny suggestion: you should probably add Peerless in the equipments highlighted in red by default. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif) It was kinda weird to see my peerless gear in the same regular color than Exq while the Legs and Mags were in red.

Since I have finished my main job/work and once again have enough free time, I decided to return back to HVtoolBox and make an update. Right now I would like to ask what new features you want to see in new versions (apart from issues/requests were published above and via PM). Currently I thought about following stuff. What of this is "most wanted"?: - Make HVtoolBox fully domain-agnostic (same settings in normal version of HentaiVerse and alt version)
- Support for the default font
- Feature to make HVtoolBox remember selected equipment between pages (you selected five 1H, five 2H, five heavy, then click on "list" - voila - list with 15 equipment in it. Also, multi-page shrine and such). It is legal, if you mind.
- An additional database for Percentile Ranges with Magnificent equipment.
- Option to allow multi-upgrading (forge to desired level automatically).
- Option to allow multi-enchanting (2x, 5x, 10x enchanting automatically).
- On the read/sent pages of MoogleMail display the inner attachments of the mail in the headline of the message (you don't need to open the mail to find what attachment it has).
- Option to remind if current difficulty/title/set/persona are not matched certain criteria for specific battle mode.
More ideas? New tags? This post has been edited by f4tal: Oct 20 2017, 18:01

I would say remember selected equip (make it optional), multi-upgrade and multi-enchant are pretty good ideas.

My opinions on the new features proposed. - Make HVtoolBox fully domain-agnostic: I actually use the two site to keep two different price for items, one i the best i can usually get and the other the minimum price i can accept but i surely can live on without this. - Support for the default font: I don't really care but it will be surely help some players. - Feature to make HVtoolBox remember selected equipment between pages: If i can select all and click Bazaar i'm on it, obviously always toggable on and off. - An additional database for Percentile Ranges with Magnificent equipment: It can be appreciated but not much useful, only a minor part of the Mag are good. I still think that the best thing to do for Percentile Ranges is adding ALL stats of the Legendary (PABs, Mitigations, etc). - Option to allow multi-upgrading: Useful but i will probably continue as single up (and make mistake anyway). - Option to allow multi-enchanting: Yes, BUT, 2x-4x-8x will be better in my opinion (1 Shard = 1h, 4 infusions = 1h). - On the read/sent pages of MoogleMail display the inner attachments of the mail in the headline of the message: It will be useful for most players but, as always, toggable (i will not use it, after some space the display name is cut so i don't like it preferring some short and standard names). - Option to remind if current difficulty/title/set/persona are not matched certain criteria for specific battle mode: Im' not so advanced to even understand this. QUOTE(Maharid @ Oct 21 2017, 21:20) My opinions on the new features proposed. Thanks for the comments, Maharid (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) QUOTE(Maharid @ Oct 21 2017, 21:20) - Make HVtoolBox fully domain-agnostic: I actually use the two site to keep two different price for items, one i the best i can usually get and the other the minimum price i can accept but i surely can live on without this. I thought about creating toggleable second pair of prices for items actually. I think with that idea has been implemented - your (and everyone else) price management will be easier (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) QUOTE(Maharid @ Oct 21 2017, 21:20) - Feature to make HVtoolBox remember selected equipment between pages: If i can select all and click Bazaar i'm on it, obviously always toggable on and off. Yes, exactly. Or Shrine button. Or List button - anything you want. One more time - it is fully legal (despite it is a parsing data from multiple pages) QUOTE(Maharid @ Oct 21 2017, 21:20) I still think that the best thing to do for Percentile Ranges is adding ALL stats of the Legendary (PABs, Mitigations, etc). Don't know if I have enough patience and perseverance to do this (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) QUOTE(Maharid @ Oct 21 2017, 21:20) - Option to allow multi-enchanting: Yes, BUT, 2x-4x-8x will be better in my opinion (1 Shar = 1h, 4 infusions = 1h). I said 2x, 5x, 10x as an example. Player can use whatever values they want (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) QUOTE(Maharid @ Oct 21 2017, 21:20) - Option to remind if current difficulty/title/set/persona are not matched certain criteria for specific battle mode: Im' not so advanced to even understand this. biggrin.gif For example, you are playing with Set1/Hell in GrindFest and with Set2/PFUDOR in Arenas. You can input those data into the settings. Now, you are having Set2/PFUDOR and want to start the GrindFest - script will tell you that you are about to enter the GrindFest with wrong Set and wrong Difficulty. Something like that. Four options: persona, set, difficulty, title for five battle modes: item world, grindfest, arena, ring of blood and random encounter. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
