Hmm some of that stuff might not be good enough for decondelite's shop but I recently sold a few of my dropped equipments of that caliber to players (for close to bazaar price). Just hold it and check WTB every so often.

I do update the Wanted list regularly, yes. It's not easy to define what is acceptable very accurately, especially when the market fluctuates. Keep in mind aswell that my stocks rely on my own personal storage (1000 equips like everyone else), so I cannot really collect hundreds of very low quality equips either.

Aye, the cap drop's what sent me here - knew enough to know it was worth something, but sure as shit not enough to be able to price/sell it myself, and I don't care enough to learn to play mage/get a full ability and equipset in the time it takes to get to level 350. 10% comish's fine for that service.
