Once again, this started as a practice sketch that got out of hand. I started with the low-angle head and bust, then added milk streams to practice for a separate project, then I thought I'd add some color to practice some new techniques I found, then I realized this was about 3/4 done at that point so I just followed through.

This THICC bunny was requested by tumblr user "naughtynaughtypuppy" who has my gratitude for allowing me to draw this for them.


I think this is the first time I've ever drawn a character this large. Though it was a challenge, it was an entertaining one, and nowhere near as difficult as drawing those ruffles. I mean, that tutu isn't perfect, some of the ruffles sort of... defy geometry... but it's not a very obvious issue unless someone points it out right?

Umm... ignore that.

If you want me to draw something, just let me know! Furries, humans, clothed, nude, rough, or gentle, I'll give it a shot! As long as it's consensual. Throw some ideas at me, and we'll see what sticks!

Here’s a quick piece featuring Lucie Wilde, whose bust has been a staple of my reference folder for quite some time. And whose bust I may have unintentionally exaggerated here...

Have I mentioned how hot it is over here? Like how miserably -- literally dangerously -- hot it is? Because it is. So have a drawing about the fun kind of heat instead. The kind that beaches and sunshine are made of, instead of heat stroke and forest fires.

I had the linework for this one lying around for a little while now, so I spent some time cleaning it up and coloring it in. I didn't pay much attention to my layers on this one, so I can't really go back and edit this too much, but it did make it much faster to finish.

Here’s that bikini version I promised. I’m not at all satisfied with how the bikini turned out, but after nearly a week of agonizing over it and having to draw, redraw, and reorganize
those bits of fabric, I think it’s time I bit the bullet, moved on, and practiced this on the side instead of making you wait any longer.
Was it worth the wait? Because I’d be genuinely surprised if you thought it was.



As for this, I just took some sketch I had lying around and did some quick and dirty extreme lighting practice today.
I think she looks neat.
With a few design tweaks I can see myself using her in a couple of comics.

Last thing, how do you feel about me centering the pictures and commentary while keeping the more conversational stuff to the left?
Putting EVERYTHING to the left is kind of the standard around here but I find it a bit awkward to have so much empty space on the right side of my screen while scrolling around.

For the past 4 months I've been working with Super Shanko on this project. In fact, you've seen this before! I finished a 15 page project with these same characters and some of the same poses on March 26 which you can see on the previous page. And as you'll see in that post, there's some noticeable difference in quality between what's in the gallery and what's in this thread. That's because I was learning as I went and had to spend a ton of time redoing and refining whatever I was working on so it met my ever-heightening standards of what I can do.

Overall though, this was a learning experience and a valuable exercise in cooperation and compromise. Even if this isn't the best work I've put out, it was certainly formative for my style and process. So if you don't like the quality of this comic, just think of it as a sign that I'm improving, and of better things to come.

Maybe something original?

So why am I posting an unfinished piece here? Because I'm really happy about it right now and I want you to get hyped for the finished version which I've moved to the top of my priority list!

20 days later, it is finished. Well technically this only took 3 days because I spent my weekends on this between practice, irrelevant sketches, and another commission, but still, I finished it! Queen Bowsette

ALL ABOARD THE BOWSETTE BANDWAGON!

I can’t lie, I’m somewhat on the fence about this whole Bowsette craze. On the one hand, I love the designs that are coming from all this, on the other hand, I think people are leaning too heavily towards Peach-like clothing designs. Consider this my first attempt at bringing a bit more Koopa to the party. Is it good? Not particularly, but it’s different, and it’s a start.

Let’s see where this goes!

They said they liked sketchy stuff more than polished stuff so I took this opportunity to show off how I construct characters and plan scenes. Normally this is where I'd say a bunch of stuff about my feelings on this piece and its creation. However, I don't really have much to add to this that you can't read about elsewhere and I'm rather pleased with how this turned out, with the exception of Zatanna's blouse. However that's just a really nitpicky thing for me to worry about, so I won't. Not much anyways. Instead, I'm going to give you guys a little extra behind-the-scenes look at what I did to make this piece a reality. Feel free to click any of the pictures below to get a better look.

Shrunk Skunk

Can't say I'm all too interested in shrinking so this is the last time I'll be doing it for a while or maybe ever. It's just a lot of work for me to convey that difference in size because I'm only JUST getting used to using perspective creatively and the concept itself is something I don't find very interesting. I'm certain I could make it interesting eventually, but as a sexual thing it just goes right over my head.

I thought this would take longer, and it probably should have, but I was lucky enough to catch furry artist teckworks doing a drawstream last night and that allowed me to tap into the endless wellspring of motivation that is RELENTLESS ENVY admiration for a fellow artist and continue working. I still missed the holiday by a half day, but I started this one 2 days ago so in my book this was a huge success... if you ignore how I can't draw wood. Most of my morning was spent adding wood grain, fixing mistakes, waiting for Clip Studio to respond because I never combine layers because I’m terrified of having to redo things if I change my mind, and trying to find a good dildo online. F-for reference, I swear!

How fucked up would it be if those penises on the shelf weren’t dildos, but trophies?

Technically, He Did...

I don’t know how, I don’t know why, I just know I woke up this morning wanting to experiment with transparency and overlays and ended up finishing this in less than 3 hours. I am satisfied with the result.

On a side note, it’s fun drawing goo and slime and such.
