This is a little bit of a shot in the dark but. "lurkers" shouldn't have the ability to hand out karma.
its kinda cool how random lurkers just hand out neg karma while they don't have any posts.

I'm pretty sure people without posts haven't been able to hand out negative karma since awhile back.

When was that? By awhile, I meant a few months.

This one was today. it would be better if you "Gain" the access to "Imbue" when your in the members group instead of lurkers. it would make more sense. because anyone can join and post once then going on a neg karma spree.

Almost as foolish as making karma numbers mean anything.

A single level of Atonement would make me 2nd Class.

Yes so wouldn't it kinda prove my point to not allow lurkers to imbue. i know lurkers couldn't have that much power to knock others down a level. but they can get it boosted if they donated some way or are like magically level 200. that may be a concern. and have utterly nothing else better to do then constantly "neg" someone.

I personally don't care if someone likes me on the forums. but i just find it rather stupid that lurkers can neg imbue and take down your level over nothing. like for example i got a neg karma for my HV shop. and he also told me to take it down. i told the asshole if he didn't like to go fuck him self. 7 days later i get imbuement by the same guy stating that i was an asshole for retaliating.

So im a post to ignore the guy let him keep negging me to the point where i get brought down a level on the forums.

With your current amount of positive Karma, you'd need 2029 negative to lose a level. I wouldn't worry, unless you were to do something spectacularly awful.

Even then at present the worst any one person can do is 310 points to him given his 62 power.

I was going to respond by negging you to make a point, but karmic exhaustion makes that barely worth the time.

I would like to suggestion a possibility to:

Filter galleries based on number of images

and/or

Some kind of mandatory tag to separate Complete Volumes and Full Magazines from Short stores panning maybe only some chapters.


It is quite difficult to find short stores when your search results is some hundred pages long filled mostly full volumes and magazines, when you are searching only max ~50-100 pages long hentai manga.

I would like to suggestion a possibility to:

You do know that when a complete magazine is uploaded, all single-story galleries with stories from that issue are expunged with 'replace' reason?

It's called searching with -translated. Searching for a specific language, like English, also makes them go away.

When expunging a torrent, you get this message:

Are you sure you wish to expunge this gallery? This action cannot be undone.

That doesn't look quite right.

I also second the request for searching by number of images.

Punishing people that regularly post galleries below a rating of X stars (make it 2 if you're hardcore) to keep people from spamming image and artist sets and the likes? Also good for keeping quality in check.

Now how that 'punishment' would look like, dunno? Fees? Bans (that would be really strict though)?

I like the fees idea - so people that spam galleries for credits don't have an incentive to post low-quality galleries, on the contrary actually. Make it inversely proportional to the gallery ratings, the worse the galleries, the more fees you have to pay, making you aim for higher quality uploads?

It would be too easy for people to abuse that by giving low ratings to anyone or any theme that they don't like. It would also bring up the question of what to do with galleries that don't have a rating.
