The ability to blacklist certain tags. I don't want to see Kantai Collection crap while searching for Gundam galleries.

Make searching for uploader:xy work with excluding, too. Like say, anal -uploader:xy, which should spit out all galleries tagged with "anal" which are not uploaded by "xy".

Is there a way to search for galleries with 100+ images? If not, can it be added?

I wrote this: [ github.com] https://github.com/greenpenguin/eh_scripts/...ry-size.user.jsIt doesn't search for galleries but adds the number of pages to the list view. I guess that's the best you can get (for now at least)

I personally would love it if you could order the searches by how many positive his you got based on your tags. Also maybe having tags for stuff you don't like so stuff that you hate won't cloud the search would be helpful.

I hope there's a key to reload the image in multi-page viewer.

How about some link elements in the html? Like this: CODE <head> <link rel="first" href="p_0.html"> <link rel="prev" href="p_i-1.html"> <link rel="next" href="p_i+1.html"> <link rel="last" href="p_n.html"> <link rel="prefetch" href="p_i+1.png"> </head> This would improve accessibility for browsers that understand these classic relations. But the most important one in my opinion is the prefetch relation. It can magically hide load times. Let the next image load while the visitor is reading the current one. It is even getting support from IE of all browsers! It is a little awkward to fetch the actual url for the next image code wise, but it really is worth it!

I'd like to be able to see the stats on my own fjorded galleries. As it is now, even checking the stats on them gets you redirected.
Or at least, you should be able to check stats while on the fjords, without having to fix the URL.

Handled very differently by various browsers too. Quite smooth in FireFox, pauses occasionally until halfway through the next image in Chrome, pauses a lot in Chrome fullscreen (i.e. scroll to bottom of the next sequential image before it seems to trip the download/render). YMMV of course, that's just what I see.

I have a very good idea:
Say you're uploading a manga or game cg that has a LOT of pages/images and you have them uploaded in an archive file, you sometimes get a file(s) that's [unarchived format/too small/etc.] even though you know it shouldn't be. So once the uploading's done, you would either have to 1.) re-do the upload so that the files that were missed will upload, and then spend a lot of time re-ordering the correct way (especially with game CGs they're a pain in the ass) or 2.) make a new gallery, re-do the upload and see if that works. NO ONE HAS TO GO THROUGH WITH THAT.
My suggestions - 1.) If you're re-sorting the images out, there should be a function where you can sort images by Name, Date, and Size.
2.) If you're re-uploading in the same gallery, there should be a function where you can have the ability to overwrite files, re-name a file, or skip a file or all files, thus saving a lot of time and getting the files that were missed the first time.

I think I remember Tenboro saying that the lack of means to control multiple files at once while editing galleries was not an oversight but intended

QUOTE(SXIndy27 @ Jun 2 2014, 19:23) If you're re-sorting the images out, there should be a function where you can sort images by Name I imagine that part could be doable. Then, when you update the gallery you delete all images and reupload a new archive with the same images plus the new ones. You keep the ordering of the images as some lexical (say ASCIIbetical) order yourself. This post has been edited by blue penguin: Jun 3 2014, 00:51

But deleting all images the way we have now is a manual process, and not a way where you can mass select a number of images and delete, although seeing this one, too, would be good.

An advanced option for a minimum (or maximum, or both as separate options, but please at least minimum) number of pages (or more correctly images) would be nice. More volumes, less other stuff.

QUOTE(Maximum_Joe @ Jun 28 2013, 10:54) is this still the case now in 2022? really annoying trying to find a long series and being completely flooded by single chapter galleries. can't imagine for it to be _too_ hard to do... all galleries natively have a page count attribute.

Searching by page count has been a thing for as long as I've been on the site - it's in the advanced options when you try to search. Also don't necro 8 year old threads please...
