Awesome! Good to see the community getting in on this. I'll roll the monster weakness data into the script when I get home from work.

Just updated the script to include monster elemental weaknesses and resistances. Thanks to Galdric and cmal for compiling the list!

Now we even have the elemental weaknesses of the monsters? Sweet~
[Edit] I think there's a bug with updating the script, every times I have more lines separating each rounds. It's a bit too much now, refer to the attachment for further info.

Try to uninstall the script and reinstall it. Right-click on the GreaseMonkey icon (bottom-right corner of your Firefox window), and choose "Manage User Scripts...". Then find any (and all) of the scripts and click the "Uninstall" button. after you're done, install the Battle Buddy script again. Let me know if this fixes things.

Yup it fixed everything. I know in fact why it was like that, I had three versions of the same script with different names..

If this mod saves people from using notebooks for stats, then it's also saving paper - and doing the environment some good! (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Quick question, Gillian:
Is it possible for you to, in future versions, put up a counter for effects on the Monsters, or is that sort of info "hidden" from you in the HV code??
It's an AWESOME tool for the Player Character, and it would probably be even more awesome if we knew, say, how much longer that Manthra would stay asleep whilst we kick in the teeth of his henchmen.

Yup, that can be done. Will probably do it tomorrow though. Gonna do a bit of grinding...inching closer to level 20 and another aura!

Haha, now that Tenboro added a blink timer, he just totally made the effect turn counter obsolete. I still love Battle Buddy, though. Any ideas on any new features you're thinking of adding?

I disagree, the blink is useful but it does not replace the more detailed counter. I can plan my strategy better if I can quickly gauge how many turns various effects will last; knowing that they will expire in 1-2 turns is not as useful.

Its still useful, yes, but the blink now gives you a sense of urgency that you wouldn't get from having to read the number, especially if you're just glancing over. They work well together, better than either on its own.
