So are we looking to have the stop function be a popup?
If not can we get that as an option?
I'm willing to toss 200 Hath at this if so, independent of the 400 I've already pledged to whomever gets HVStat Slim working again

I just want something that works efficiently. XD
I am also willing to pledge 10m credits, but how do we work out who it goes to?
My preferred hover includes everything we have talked about I think
hover: "$HP>40; $MP>10; Health G; Mana G; Mys; Spirit Gem; Greater M; Heroic M; Heroic H; Wra; Cha; Sho"}
However it depends how it all functions. Gem icons are better. Having drafts and mana pots use themselves is a help. Also infusions in rotation helps where possible.
Browser rendering time and memory leaks are my enemies. Seems every second version of firefox leaks like a mofo.
What is the preferred browser everyone uses?

QUOTE(End Of All Hope @ Jun 24 2017, 23:12) Add > Stop on Channeling > Buff Duration (useful to know few seconds in advance when they're going to expire) > Procs Duration on Monsters (useful to know when Imperil and PA expire) > Stack Counter for PA and BW > Riddlemaster with clickable buttons instead of having to write and enter Stopping on buff expiring, I don't know if it's allowed (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/duck.gif) @Scremaz: you requested me to go through Santa's list: Stop on channeling sucks for mages. For mages, this would need to be switched off. Procs durations isn't absolutely required, as mages kill all well before end of Imperil. Except FSM. And PA is more about stacks then about duration. I would strike this line from the requirements. Stack Counter for PA BW: sounds like a good one Riddlemaster: nice to have. it's not that often, and just 1 click more. Stop on buff expiring, including infusion and scroll, is essential. Nice to have: show the icon of expiring buff so I can choose to recast. QUOTE What is the preferred browser everyone uses?
Chrome is most stable. I use chrome. We could start with Chrome because of stability. This post has been edited by DJNoni: Jun 25 2017, 09:01

QUOTE(Scremaz @ Jun 25 2017, 05:01) As many of you know, .85 patch (codename: Script Breaker) happened. As a consequence, pretty much all hovering scripts stopped to work.
snip-
not sure if it is included. but it would be great if we can press spacebar to do anything... almost (like what we do when using crackling cast)

Quite the opposite here (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) If I don't stop on channeling, after 1 second I lose it (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif) Procs are required to refresh them when you have to do multiple SGs before OFC-ing them. FSM too. Stack Counter: I want it but it doesn't really matter (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/duck.gif) Riddlemaster: I put it for the mages that want it, I forgot to put it in 0.84 and lived on without it (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/duck.gif) Stop on buff expiring, unlike channeling I can see when they expire way before it happens if I have a cooldown script, no need to wait until it blinks (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) Mages are really opposites as melee, but hey, both of us need different things so...why not both? I second everything DJNoni said (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Stop on Channeling is nice for melee, so it should be toggle-able at least. Proc durations and 1-click riddlemaster are not a priority. Yes for "stop on buff expiring + hover-castable icon for said buff" QUOTE(EsotericSatire @ Jun 25 2017, 08:39) What is the preferred browser everyone uses? Also using Chrome. QUOTE(EsotericSatire @ Jun 25 2017, 08:39) Having drafts and mana pots use themselves is a help. I'm pretty sure that would be straight-up botting though.

Everything should. No, everything HAS to be toggle-able if a script does more than one thing.

this, or at least stop when Mana Draught is not active (all modes except RE). I'll add 1m to crowdfunding.

Did you guys read what I wrote? One of the requirements is that things *have* to be toggleable. The mere fact that I wrote 'on/off-able' because it was 2 am and was dealing with people asking for things which don't belong here ot begin with doesn't mean I didn't account already
/rant
Thank you for these last additions though. I'll add them as soon as i'll open my pc. Oh, and inline difficulty changer is a standalone script. Doesn't belong to the hovering one, as useful as it may be. As many other scripts, i'll be fixed eventually, or you can directly ask to the coder. *scratches head*

cleaned a bit of unneeded comments. as for the mage vs. melee matter, seems that they have different needs - so a toggleable-functions script should cover them. and also 1H mage, if needed.
if this is all, i may pm tenboro for a quick check and start the crowdfunding.

Add, this is quite important, even though it's not exactly all for hovering, an update for the CONFIRMER script. To avoid the direct use of Energy Drink and Fleeing. Tell me if new annoying action that need a popup with yes/no are to add :v

hmmm... in doubt here. probably in the "appreciated" section. or even in the mandatory, since it can be toggleable and indeed useful. what do other people think?

I just saw at least 5 rants of people using accidentally EDs in the last 3 days, so I think it's greatly appreciated. And since the script, originally, was extended to Fleeing and Returning MMs, it would obvioulsy include them again (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/duck.gif) This post has been edited by End Of All Hope: Jun 25 2017, 18:41

Oh, now it asks for confirmation itself, interesting. Before I'm sure it was different though. I rememeber the author of the confirmer script adding that feature quite recently with an update.

No, no, no wait. You snipped my comment leaving only the MM part. I explained the MM part. That fortunately is okay in HV 0.85 so no problem about MM. Fleeing has never had a confirmation popup. And that was one of the features of the HV Confirmer Script. Other than adding a popup confirmation for using Energy Drink.
