I'd be more than willing to seed a couple of torrents, the problem is, I can't find where to upload.
The torrent page says:

Note that you cannot add torrents directly to this page. To upload torrents to this system, visit the torrent screen for a gallery.

"visit the torrent screen for a gallery."

I don't understand what that means.

Also:

Personalized Torrent (Just For You - this makes sure to record your stats)
Redistributable Torrent (use if you want a file you can post or give to others)

Why make 2 versions? Is there one where I download it only for myself and one where I seed it? I don't mind seeding but I'm not sure which one to pick.
I don't understand it. I seriously don't get it. It is so generic. Record what stats? Give what to others? The torrent? Why don't I just link them here?
I seriously find this all very confusing.

That is where you can upload a .torrent file that you wish to upload of the gallery.

No. You only upload the .torrent file. You create the .torrent file itself using a torrent client, based on an offline file or directory on your computer. (To create a .torrent file in uTorrent: File -> Create New Torrent...) Once uploaded, you download the "Personalized Torrent (Just For You - this makes sure to record your stats)" and start seeding.

You should take the personalized one only, because special benefits apply only to your EH account. This doesn't mean it's exclusive to EH members only.
Example: I go to your gallery with a torrent uploaded. I download the "Personalized Torrent (Just For You - this makes sure to record your stats)", because I can get seedmins, GP for completions, and whatever stats that appear on the EHTracker stats under My Home.

As for limiting downloaders, you don't have much control of members distributing the torrent file, but only members can view the torrent page of any gallery. (I logged out and checked)

Suppose I go look at the main page and see that a certain gallery has a torrent. Are you telling me that the person who made the gallery simply created a torrent filed, uploaded that and the site pulled in the files that way?

I've been doing the following:

1) Create zip file
2) Upload to gallery
3) Publish Gallery
4) Create corresponding torrent
5) Upload torrent file.

Should I instead publish an empty gallery and upload simply the torrent? How does that work?

Suppose I go look at the main page and see that a certain gallery has a torrent. Are you telling me that the person who made the gallery simply created a torrent filed, uploaded that and the site pulled in the files that way?

The torrent file is not directly linked to the gallery. You will have to seed your torrent from the files on your computer. This can give you the opportunity to share extra content such as opening video, flash files, html filse, etc., of the gallery.

You should do both. Upload the gallery first, and then add a torrent. You should keep a copy on your computer for seeding.

That's what I've been doing. So basically, keep doing things as I'm doing them now.
