Because the RNG is shit and Tenb won't let us have nice things. Quality is based on something like the sum of the base stat rolls. One really good stat can push an otherwise shitty equip up a rank.

Actually, they're eerily similar to the ones Conquest just gave me, and I was having my doubts about those.

Got this from Snowflake; it's a slight damage improvement over my Mjolnir shoes until I level them up a bit more (on top of a slight bump up to 99.59% magic accuracy).

14ish at level 250. Highest EDB I've seen for shoes. I think it was level 60 something? when he got it from the bazaar. Also 25 on shoes is pretty good. Especially depending on the INT.

The ones that I sold would give 25.7 prof and 6.25 int at level 250. I initially wanted to keep it but can't be arsed to level it for a few months, not to mention I needed the credits at the time. Wish the Nilfheim robe I found was Mjolnir, maybe I should go make a cold set >_>
