Why would that change my opinion? Also, I wouldn't use it without a battlecaster wakizashi which I don't have (I'll take one if someone has one).

Not really, but at least I have the option. The likelihood of something better coming also is pretty slim.

When I was that level I never found stuff like that. Is it a new version of HV that came out since April-May that makes it easier for lower levels to find items like that staff or is it someone that's been here for a long time that, just doesn't level up much but has a ton of credits/hath to use to train?
