My fourth battletoads Trio & Tree has netted me an exquisite: Exquisite Leather Helmet! I already had an exquisite leather helmet (and a lvl. 50 longsword), but it's still some sort of... victory...
Also, from the preceding rounds: Superior Prism Plate Greaves, Fine Redwood Staff of the Fox, and something else, but I can't remember what and I didn't see anything interesting in my inventory, so it must have been junk.
If anyone wants the greaves (or the staff?) let me know, else they're going the bazaar.

Same difference that exist between average and fine. Although there's some differences between equipment aside quality (mostly gear have the same xp modifier but there's some especial case were they give xp and drops like the quality above)
I didn't compared yet with exquisite (I'm currently only leveling up gear), but this axe gives a little more xp/drops than the other superior equips I have.
