10/25 LotD

Though I don't know if Luck of the Draw effects whether or not Phase drop. My understanding was it only effected the quality (Crude/Average/Fine, etc), but I could be very wrong about that.

That's the usual understanding, but I think not. I never got 1 piece of "rare" stuff until I raised LoD a few levels and now I'm getting kevlar and DH not so rarely, but probably the roll the affect quality on each type of equipment is different.
Let's make this virtual example:
10 LoD a crude axe become more rare to drop than a fine one, but between 5 LoD and 10 LoD a fine phase is more rare than a crude one, however with 10 LoD phase drop 3x more times than with only 5 LoD.
Then you raise LoD to 20, and fair phase is more common to drop than crude, but phase drop is 6X more, and getting average axes is so rare like getting superior gear.

I also only ever get 2 Phase gear(that all is crap (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) ), good to get kevlar, and Dragon Hide(I only get 1 kevlar, and 3 Dragon hide). maybe not only luck of draw to get rare gear like phase(mine : 3/25), but also Quartermaster.

Nice, but how is your luck of draw? Crap or not everyone are getting phase here and there expect me and I have 8/25 (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif)

Just a bad luck, I guess.

For example, I never get a single piece of Kevlar (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

Actually, I never get a piece that actually usable at all (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif)

But then again, my luck seem to be in the bazaar.. I just pull this pant from bazaar a few days ago. It's not that good but certainly usable, if not that i have something better, I certainly gonna use it.
