I love people that whine about getting Legendary or even Magnificent drops. I get fine or average on IWBTH. I win more superiors on Normal in a set time period than on IWBTH. This is what I was blessed with on an hourly drop:

Dyasha, I think you should focus on training LotD. You aren't going to see exquisites at 16/25. I started seeing exquisites regularly at ~20/25. And I can't speak for everybody, but I whine cuz when I do get Leg's, they aren't good enough to use, which makes my investment somewhat worthless. But what the hey, it's still fun.
