I don't really know about caster-type characters... is this something I could sell to a player? Or is it stuff for the bazaar?

Low edb and pabs although the other stats are ok, but you'll likely get more selling it to another player in wts than bazaaring, albeit it isn't likely to go for a lot.

Superior Jade Power Helmet of Protection

Good to finally get a Gem Armor drop, but...I don't see how this would be usable to me...my Exq may not have fire insurance, but it's got better stats and more PABs.
