Does any of this Equipment actually work yet, or will all that be done later as new Betas come out??

(Alas, I only have a Fair Bronze Dagger, Bronze Mitons, and a Fair ?? Rapier -they are all increasing in whatever applicable Ratings apply, but I don't see a difference in combat; actually, I think that My Bare Hands still hit much harder!!)
