Actually I'm okay with people claim credits from me and use it on methods other than digging in HV. I didn't say anyone who aren't using the credits on hv will not get credits (which is, obviously, pretty unreasonable.)

But still my answer is a no, because as my rule stated, I'm not using the credits in my pocket for purposes other than donating to players who posted in this thread.. If you really wish to gather donations for your bounties, I would suggest posting this in ... hmmm.... adult chat (maybe).
