I'm using live percentile 1.1.0 and it shows 10% EDB here...

Just checked multiple scripts for equipment range and percentage. The result is 2% if compares with wiki, which is unexpectedly. I guess the ranges of staff are still disputable. Thanks for notice. I will recheck all the percentiles of staff later.

I think the sellers and buyers in your auction would benefit greatly if proxy bidding was allowed. There are many equipments that I can't try to win because I don't live in the correct time zone.

The thing is, the seller mailed me that he forgot to set the start price. It's not allowed to change the start bid after the auction start so I suggest him to cancel the item and sell it next week with the correct information.

I'm busy yesterday and yes, at least I should have mailed you about this. I'm really sorry for the trouble I caused. Also there should be rules to restrict the seller after the auction start. I will improve this in the next auction.

Since the bidder is forbidden from cancelling his bids starting two days from auction end, I think seller should be required to obey the same rule.

That would put both sellers and bidders on the same boat. Otherwise, whoever has the possibility of cancelling their commitment earlier then his counterpart, can always have the upper hand if he doesn't play fair.

In this case, I really don't believe the seller who told you he forgot to put a start price.

But the fault (and shame) is on him, not you.
And I understand it would be excessively difficult for you to try to convince him to respect his word,
since there aren't explicitly stated rules on the sellers' side for such a case.

As I've already told, I'll abide by your rules this time. But I'll wait for better rules to be in place, before bidding again in your action.

sakira, it's your auction and your rules, but as mundomuneca said, this kind of stuff is damaging you (the auctioneer) more than the seller. you (as the auctioneer, who puts his face) have/had all the right to refuse his request, btw.
