And.. for the item world service, the calculator page doesn't load for me. I went to the wiki and saw the formula.
Total PXP needed = 1000*((1+PXP(1)/1000)^n - 1)
=1000*((1+362/1000)^10 - 1)
=1000*((1.362)^10 - 1)
=1000*(21.96.. - 1)
=1000*(20.96..)
=20967.01..
Leg. Cost = Total_PXP * 7
=ROUNDUP(146,769.1153)
=146,770 credits (Is this right?)
If it is, can you level it to 10 and then message me so I can check the potencies and see if I want to reroll it?

So 156,770 credits for it at level 10? Should I send the credits first since I'm looking to have you run it to level 10 and then wait for your message about rerolling it?

I don't calculate that way at all, but for a simple IW10 with no reforge, the final cost is slightly above that (aroud 160k IIRC).
If you need specific potencies, it'll be more expensive than that. Sometimes it can cost more than 500kC or more than 1-2MC. For a Jug5, it's often between 250kC and 500kC, sometimes below, sometimes above.
But in all cases, it's way better to decide what potencies you want first, rather than waiting to see the final result at IW10 and then decide to reforge or not. It's a matter of avoiding to waste shards, and paying for unneeded IWBTH/PFUDOR runs as well.

Maybe I don't understand IW? I thought you pay the 160k each time the item is leveled to 10?
For example, I thought if the item reaches level 10 and it needs to be reset, it would be (160k*2)+2000 &5shard even if it's for a single potency? This would increase by 162k &5shard per reset is my impression.
I don't have the wealth to keep up with it but if it's just 1-2 resets I could afford it which is why I want to look at it the 1st/2nd time and see If it looks like I can get away with the potencies rolled.
EDIT:
Getting something stupid like rainbow resists would be the worst. The nightmare: dark1 light1 fire1 cold1 wind1 elec1 mana4. If it was something like HP3 EleN3 spread4, it would be much more reasonable for me.
Maybe my expectations are too low because my credits are low..?

We do can reset the item before IW10, in which case it costs less shards, and you won't pay all the rounds all the way to IW10.
If you want a Jug5, for example, and we don't get Jug in the first two potencies, we just reset straight away, and it costs only 1 IWBTH run and 1 shard. Knowing that a IWBTH run is a bit less expensive than a PFUDOR run, since it provides less PXP.
You won't get anything like a "rainbow" potencies also. An equipment can only ever have a maximum of 3 different potencies, and the probability is inclined to upgrade already existing potencies as well.
For a Jug5, as I was saying it usually costs between 250kC and 500kC, which implies a fairly good amount of "early" resets (1 IWBTH run at IW0, then reset with 1 shard because we didn't get Jug as one of the 2 first potencies).

Now, I wouldn't even advise to be picky for regular plate, but to have a "simple IW" (take whatever comes without any reforging). A simple IW has a certain price of around 150kC.

Taking that all in, I want Jug but it doesn't need to be Jug5.
Is it possible to put a cap on the price to somewhere around 600kC and a maximum of 18 shards for resets? (Bad things happen when you don't prepare in my experience.)

If so, that's what I'll have please. Since it's an IW and not a direct purchase, I don't know how you'll want to deal with the CoD/IW payment, and Amnesia Shards. Let me know.
