。。。 请问那啥，我接了个悬赏，按要求买了书扫描了一半，开悬赏的人不给赏金也不理我了咋弄？

具体点的话：
1. 我第一次接悬赏任务
2. 看要求是扫个本子
3. 联系开悬赏的人降低等级
4. 我接受，并买了本子和扫描仪 -- 这里不要吐槽，我是宁愿这样玩也不喜欢充钱的type
。
。
貌似这里开始出现交流问题了：
5. 我收到本子，发现是个快两百页的漫画书
6. 我跟开悬赏的人联系说这是意料之外，并且七月底到九月我都基本在外旅游，可能来不及扫全本
7. 我扫了封面和目录传到网盘给他，并告诉他如果能接受的话，我把他最想要的扫给他
8. 他说ok，然后七月底短期回家期间扫了快一半的给他（包括他指定的角色的那几页）
9. 之后继续旅游，八月上旬回来一趟发现没反应，就问他你是给赏金还是稍微加点意思下我全本都扫给你
10.他说现在有个user告诉他可以扫全本给他，或者他联系什么mod （管理员？）要我等消息
11.到现在都没消息了


之前为了买那个啥multi-page-viwer，这里有个好人借了我几百h；
我就是想快点还所以才接了个悬赏。。。现在这悬赏给取消了，那人也不回我消息了
这是文化不同交流出问题了还是怎么了。。。
