一個睡眠週期大約4小時。

討厭運動的話 那...個人建議游泳(某些不想運動的人就是這麼選擇的) 據說睡眠效果也不錯
不過 我個人而言是相當討厭運動 體質的問題 (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)
